They came out at a time that fit my schedule to give an estimate for the work that needed to be done. Because of my schedule and career most communication was done through email and text messages. All responses were given in a timely manner. The two times I called and left a message I was called back within an hour. The estimate was fair and easy to understand where the numbers were coming from. Since all the work was exterior work they were able to come while I was at work to replace the boards. The job was done well and quickly. I have used King Construction before, and will use again.

First, the responsiveness from Oscar at King General Contracting was outstanding. When he wasn't on site, he was readily available by phone, text and email. While Oscar was at my home performing a minor repair to my rain gutters, I inquired as to whether his company would be able to raise a concrete walkway and level or replace the wooden steps leading to the front porch. The walkway had sunk, pulling the steps down with it, due to compacted and eroded soil over many years. Oscar quickly explained the work involved, and that night sent me a contract detailing the work. I agreed to the contract and the work started a few days later. The work was completed quickly, and I had a level walkway and a rebuilt set of front steps by the afternoon of the first day. Improvements to the drainage were also performed to help eliminate further issues with the soil around the walk. It has made a huge difference in the accessibility to my front door, and I couldn't be more pleased.

We hired Oscar and his team to repair some sofiting that had fallen from the overhang on the front of our home and he was able to have it repaired within a day (or two) of contacting him. His price was not only fair, but he did amazing work and went above and beyond in letting us know how our sofiting repair would be accomplished as well as the issues he noticed that caused our sofiting issue. Specifically, he informed us (with photo proof that he had taken upon inspection) that there were gaps in our roofing where water was getting into the overhang which cause the wood underneath that had the sofiting pieces attached to rot. He went ahead and replaced the wood, the sofiting and all roof gaps with no problem!

He was very easy to work with and at a reasonable price. The job was done very quickly and very professionally. I will definitely hire him when I decide to organize my laundry room.

There were two gentlemen who worked on the playset for two days. It was so cold outside, but that didn't stop them! They worked morning, noon and night until they finished! It is perfectly put together and my son loves it! I highly recommend them. They were very professional and priced just right!

I've hired King General Contracting quite a few times already. Just recently Oscar and his crew did some drywall installation in one of my houses, as well as the interior and exterior painting to go along. As always, it was an excellent job and we were very please with the finished work. Oscar and his crew are very courteous and helpful. I would recommend King General Contracting to get your job done.
