Quick response and work done nicely

The quality of work was below average. Contractor did not know how to repair the sink and broke the valve. I had to hire a plumber to fix the sink. He put black paint from the shutters on the concrete in front of the garage doors. Left a mess from the painting of the shutters. Would not recommend.

Was the only contractor that took the time to find the roof leak the right way, by climbing up on the roof with a hose. Spent two visits to meticulously identify the very spot where the leak was and then make the necessary repairs... for a reasonable cost. Good communication.

Very good company and will explain everything to you in detail and take photos as they do their job.

We had a horrible wind storm 2 months after work was complete. They stood behind their work and were out immediately to complete any simple repairs caused by the unusually high winds. I will use this contractor for future jobs

What impressed me most about Oscar, King's CEO, is that he was willing to come to our house to explain the work that needed to be done and provide an estimate. Three other companies provided quotes but over the phone or text and not in person. It is a good thing he did come out!! He discovered that one of the patches required special handling. 1 inch drywall screws for this patch could not be used because the 1 inchers would puncture duct work. Work was done on time and looks great!

This contractor took the time to explain the project and what was needed to complete the job. This is why I hired him over the other contractors that contacted me.

These guys are dependable, professional, and did a good job when hanging our large 6 foot by 3 foot mirror wide frame onto our wall. Was a challenge as the wall did not have full studs on wall on even locations, but King's General Contracting was able to completed the job in only about 1.5 hours or so. Was greeted and felt welcomed in their work in our home, and I would feel free to hire them again for future home projects.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the work completed by Oscar Canales. Efficient, professional and very knowledgable about our project. Work was completed within the time frame quoted to us and for a reasonable price He also powered washed the house, deck and fence. Also stained/sealed deck and fence. We will definitely call on him again for future projects.

I ask this contractor to power wash and re-stain my fence and deck and redo the joints of my concrete spa top and knee wall in 2016. The only part that was done well was the joints on my flagstone top on the spa and stone knee wall. I would not recommend this contractor!

I hired Oscar of King General Contracting to perform some minor repairs to our rain gutters. After speaking with him about some other projects, I decided to hire him to level our front walkway and repair the front steps. He was fast, efficient and did a great job. The steps and walkway look much better, and are much easier to navigate. He was very responsive by text, email and phone, which was very appreciated. I would definitely hire him again.
