King General Contracting

I ask this contractor to power wash and re-stain my fence and deck and redo the joints of my concrete spa top and knee wall in 2016. The only part that was done well was the joints on my flagstone top on the spa and stone knee wall. I would not recommend this contractor!

I hired Oscar of King General Contracting to perform some minor repairs to our rain gutters. After speaking with him about some other projects, I decided to hire him to level our front walkway and repair the front steps. He was fast, efficient and did a great job. The steps and walkway look much better, and are much easier to navigate. He was very responsive by text, email and phone, which was very appreciated. I would definitely hire him again.

His price was more than double the amount of two other contractors who gave us quotes!!! Our roof repairs were small and quick and were documented by a home inspector with instructions of what to repair along with pictures of the shingles that needed repair. There was no guess work, yet his price was more than two other licensed and insured roofers. Just proves, it's best to shop around!! Always get at least 3 estimates before hiring the first contractor!

They showed up on time for both appointments and completed the work as asked. They were careful about making sure the work area didn't get paint on it and cleaned up afterward I had some minor drywall and touch up paint done, some furniture and large carpets moved and two large mirrors hung I will use this company in the future

Project: Completed various small repairs including replacing an area of basement ceiling; patched and repainted damaged area of garage interior wall, fixing nail pops and re- caulking; repaired basement screen door. Completed jobs efficiently, promptly and professionally. I recommend using his services to anyone requiring a variety of home repairs.
