Description of Work: Was going to try them out for the first time. But Javier gave me an issue with scheduling because I had to reschedule twice for last minute doctor appt that I had no control over. Also I had a coupon for first time cleaning and he said I couldn't use it because he was giving me a special price already. What is the point of sending out advertisement coupons for first time cleaning if I can't use it?! Glad I didn't go through with them because I read on Yelp that there have been a lot of unsatisfied customers and some of their belongings/jewelries have been missing.

Description of Work: We've used Kalia for a couple of years now. Are they the best cleaning service out there? No. There were always items that missed being cleaned, and we always had to check their work before they left the house. If we weren't home there was more than one occasion when we had to ask them back to dust, move objects to vacuum, etc. But I give them a B because the owners are always very responsive and understanding and the price really cannot be beat.

Description of Work: We've used Kalia's three times. They do a fairly good job of cleaning, but they're not extremely thorough. One of the times there were smudges on the kitchen cabinets where they applied some kind of cleaner, but didn't do a good job rubbing the cleaner in, so there were shiny spots and not so shiny spots. My wife called Javier, the owner, and he did offer to have his people come out to fix it, but my wife decided to just use a rag and do it herself. Shouldn't have happened in the first place though, quality control isn't very good. The last time they cleaned the house, the soaking tub in the master bathroom wasn't even touched - there was obvious dust along the entire bottom of the tub after they finished the cleaning. Wouldn't use them again.

Description of Work: Full Move-in house cleaning on empty house we just bought.

Description of Work: Three people cleaned 2 bathrooms, a bedroom, a kitchen and foyer, and stairs. They were there for 3 hours, the rooms were very dirty.

Description of Work: They come twice a week to clean my house, which is 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. They will do deep cleaning first, then basic cleaning. They even will do a project every other time, like cleaning out my refrigerator. They have even folded clothes for me.
