+ 2 moreHe was polite & conducted himself in a professional manner at all times during the past three months working at my house and cleaned up at the end of each job. I was lucky to have him and it was a pleasure to work with him. I would definitely hire this individual again for future projects in my home. Costs for all this work totaled around $4000 and the work was done in phases over a 3 month period.
Description of Work: I hired him to remove a partially rotted plywood kitchen sub floor and lay new vinyl kitchen floor, remove rotted wood from my front picture window and rebuild it like new, install a plant window in my kitchen, replace doorknobs, install an atrium door & trim moldings in my dining room. He also put a plastic vapor barrier in my crawlspace, and replaced a damaged exterior trim piece on my carport column and painted it.
