They were very response to get me scheduled but I was disappointed with how my money was spent. Is my car cleaner than before they worked on it? Yes it was, but that shouldn't be the measure for auto detailing. I think their use of the term "detail" is quite liberal. I expect detailing to at least attempt to minimize exterior surface imperfections. I could have done a better job myself but I paid because I'm strapped for time and I want to sell the car. I ended up have to do a small amount of work after they left. Do you want the contents of your trunk and center console left on your front doorstep after they leave? Do you want a bluetooth manual & receipt that was in your car left to be a wet mush on your driveway? Would you like a cigarette butt left on your driveway (nobody in my house smokes and there's not even a sidewalk for passerby's)? Do you want them to show up 15 min past the time window given with no gas for the pressure washer then leave for 1.5 hours to go get gas in the middle of the job? Do you want them to inexplicably dress all the trim except one large piece under the doors on the drivers side? Do you want them to inexplicably remove the mounting pad for your Bluetooth microphone/controller that was stuck with double sided tape(now it won't stay in place)? Do you want to have to remove maple tree "helicopters" from the groove on the sides of the rear window after they're done "detailing"? Do you want to have to re-clean your windshield because you had to remove a 1/4" yellow spot of something that was left on it (wax?) If you said yes to any of the above...this is the company for you!

Mark and his coworker arrived at my house about 10:30 and worked until almost 1:30 detailing my car. They washed the car conditioned the leather, shampooed the carpet, and polished the exterior. They were able to get a scratch out of the side of the car. They were knowledgeable and professional. My car looks beautiful. I will use them again and recommend Jewel Auto Care.

The workers spent several hours cleaning the car with exacting detail. I can say that this is by far the best auto detailing service I have ever received. Combine that with the fact that they come to your home and you've got yourself a detailer that not only does great work, but they make it incredibly convenient. There was but one minor disappointment. Only after I had paid for the deal ($175) was I informed by Jewel that they would charge me $20 extra (bringing the total to $195) for the distance they had to travel to my home in Reston. This effectively cut my Angie's List savings in half. Still, the work was worth the price. I just think that Jewel should be up front about this charge so that consumers can make a completely informed decision before they pay the $175 in the first place. I went back and checked the offer page. I can find nothing in the offer description or in "the fine print" that states the possibility of a "distance" charge.

Great overall job, but I think the supervisor did a lot or most of the work. Had team of teenagers helping him, but well, you know...teenagers. That said, great work ! Finish has held your unbelievably !! Would recommend them to anyone.

They were fantastic. They spent over 5 1/2 hours on my Lexus SUV. Granted we live in a wooded area, so there was a lot of tree pollen build up. They busted their butts and I could not find a single thing they overlooked. I felt like I had a new car again. I would give Mark and his people all A+. I will use this service again.

Ondray and Kaziah came out to my place around 9:30, they were really nice and informative about things and asked questioned of any problems areas that needed extra attention (I appreciated that) and got right to work. They spent 3-4 hours and really did a thorough job on all areas of the car, it really looks brand new. Totally recommend and will use again.

It went great. Mark made my car look like new! He was friendly and professional. I would definitely call him again.

This went pretty well. We purchased one deal to clean a Jetta. The cleaning went well. However, a day or two later, I noticed a mistake. The fabric underneath the back windshield was only half cleaned. I emailed Jewel and they promptly responded that they would come back out for free, fix the mistake, and give me a free wash and shine. They suggested that they come back out in about a month to make the wash and shine worth it (since they had just done that earlier in the week). We took them up on the offer and purchased another deal to clean my wife's Camry. Everything went very well. Our cars looked great and we were very satisfied with the work done. The cars looked and felt new inside and out. There were two things we thought needed improvement. First, the Angie's List deal does not include and does not even inform you about a potential travel charge. We had to pay an extra $30 on top of the Angie's List deal that we did not know about when we bought the deal. Second, on the second trip, the people were late. These were both minor issues and would not prevent us from using Jewel again, particularly given their willingness to go above and beyond to correct a mistake during the first detailing.

Jewel Auto Care did a fantastic job on both vehicles. They arrived within the window that they provided. They immediately got to work. Neither car had ever been detailed, so they had their work cut out for them. This was a deal of the day, so there were some additional charges for leather cleaning and pet hair removal. Definitely worth every penny. It was a hot and muggy Friday, but they worked through it all and the cars shine like new, smell fresh and clean! Just like brand new. I contacted Mark at the company because I had some issue with the streaks on the windows He was very professional and immediately came back out to my house and redid the windows. I would highly recommend this company. They are super!

Perfect! Looks like a new car. They were timely, responsive and thorough.

I bought the auto detailing (mid sized car) special at $175 for my 2009 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab. My truck is considered a small SUV, so I was charged an extra $55 (I agreed). I also added an engine cleaning ($90) and headlight restoration ($55). Mark and his crew showed up at 9am. Mark felt that my headlights were not bad enough to charge me so he did the restoration for free. He also performed the engine cleaning. Marvin, Ondre and the girls took over after that and brought my six year old truck to new life. Throughout the process I was asked several times how things looked and if anything had been missed. Very professional crew. The girls did a wonderful job on the interior and the guys worked on the exterior. From bumper to bumper, top to bottom, my truck looks great! My neighbors also complemented on the detailing. If I had to do it again, I would not hesitate to use Jewel's services. Great experience and recommended.

Andre and Marvin and in the morning and went right to work. They took care to do an impeccable job. My wife and I were very please with the end product and would recommend Jewel Car Care to others.

Did a very good job. Machine polished the exterior to get rid of minor scratches, which most detailers don't routinely do. Overall I'm very happy, but there were a few minor issues. I found polishing compound dried in some of the body panel gaps, and they applied an interior treatment (like Armorall) to a sliding panel with the panel open, so only about 1/4 of the panel got treated. They also cleaned behind the passenger seat, but forgot to do behind the driver's seat. All in all they did a good job, the car looked great when they finished. I would probably use them again. The only real negative is that having them come to my location was quite a bit more expensive than taking the car to another detailers location.

My son scheduled the detailing appointment which had to be rescheduled due to possible rain that day. They arrived early and were very nice and hardworking guys. They did a great job detailing my son's car. His car has a black interior and their detailing job made that looked great (which I didn't think possible). They did such a great job so I scheduled them to detail my wife's car. Will certainly continue to use them in the future as well.

It went fine, I think communication was a challenge. The work was exceptional. I understand the additional charges, I wish that the company had been clear about them before the service.

All communication with the company was prompt and professional. The team was extremely professional and hard working. It took the 2-man about 4 1/2 hours to complete the job, working diligently the whole time. That's a lot of work for $255! I was very pleased with the results, even more pleased with the experience with the company.

Gave it to my wife as a Christmas gift but waited until the spring to schedule it. Mark showed up promptly on time and did a very nice job on the detailing I will use Mark again

Cleaned both exterior and interior so it looks great for a 15 year old SUV. They called while in route to let me know when they would be arriving. The owner and two assistants got right to work. I would use them again to clean our other cars.

I didn't expect such a careful, thorough, and beautiful job. I really appreciate the attention to detail that was given. I was driving my daughter's bridesmaids to the church and it was very important that the car looked good. This company was great and I would highly recommend them!

My husband bought a big deal for this service. We used it on one car and he has another one set up for my car. I think he said it was very good and he was real pleased. The price was good. It cost more to go to one of those other places to get it done. I guess the quality was okay because it looked nice. He was pleased enough to where he would hire them again to do my car. They were very nice, he said.

best detailing value for the money - best detailing i have had at any cost!

I had scheduled a detail with another company who did not show up, so calling Jewel Auto Care was a last minute decision. They were able to come, same day, and take care of the interior. I have a mini van and several kids and between them and the winter, it needed a little TLC. I can't even begin to tell you how incredibly impressed I was. Very professional, kind and did an excellent job. I will definitely be calling them again to do the outside next time!
