These guys did a seriously great job. I unfortunately don't park my sedan in the garage and haven't cleaned it in awhile. It's a lease so I was going to have to take it in to the dealer / get a resale estimate from a used car dealer to see what my options are. I did a quick once over the weekend before but realized it needed professional help. I thought I did a decent job and it looked pretty good, but Jewel made it look like new. The guy at the dealer even commented that it was the nicest he's ever seen at the end of a lease.

It went great! My car was originally scheduled to be detailed a week before, but Mark called me to reschedule due to the rainy and stormy weather we were scheduled to receive -- I appreciated him calling and asking to reschedule in such a prompt manner. We found a day that worked for us both, and Mark arrived promptly this morning; he and his assistant set up their equipment quickly, and got to work. It took approximately three hours to wash, wax, and detail my car, and it looked as beautiful as it did when I bought it. I asked Mark a few questions about the future care of my car, and he patiently answered every one. I felt that he took his time on my car, and did a great job. My neighbors have already called and asked for his number -- good work speaks for itself. For a great job, call Mark at Jewel Auto Care!

Excellent work by the Jewel crew! They spent nearly 4 hours and got every nook and cranny spotlessly clean. It looks as good as the day we picked it up from the dealership!

Mark immediately messaged me and in evening returned my call. Very professional and responsive to my questions. Comes to house with his own small truck with all the materials he needs. I selected Jewel based on reviews here and was not disappointed. In fact, in some areas of the car (2007 Lexus ES 350) I found myself curious "How did he get that so clean and new looking?" First time I had the care detailed so while not grungy or covered in pet hair, the seams and lower body were gummy. LOL - I suspect they have tricks of trade and Mark knows how to apply them. I worried they'd 'rush the job' and they did not staying about 3 1/2-4 hrs and having me to inspect their work BEFORE they started putting away the materials. I did not find any area I wanted addressed too. Honest entrepreneur providing quality service - you might find someone a few $10s cheaper however suspect not the caliber of Mark! Mark

Came later in the day than I was told. However, they got straight to work when they arrived and did an excellent job! Very professional and courteous too.

Let me start at the end of the story. When the Jewel guys rang my doorbell to have me come out and inspect the car, the first word out of my mouth was, "Wow!" And then there were more wows. It was amazing. Now to the beginning of the story. This car has 145,000 miles on it, mostly put on by my kids. Now that the kids are grown, I inherited the car back from them to use on my short commute to work. Understand, this is the hand-me-down car. The one that you let your teenagers drive without worrying that it can get any more disgusting than it already is. The gray cloth seats were stained almost black in places, so bad that when I looked into the car before entering I just knew that my clothes were going to get stained just touching the seat (They didn't, but it sure looked like they would). Every place where dirt could build up, cup holders, crevices where different parts met (like around the shift knob), coin holder, was coated with some combination of soda, coffee, ice cream, food crumbs, other mysterious crud and coins that were cemented into that crud. And this description is coming from me, totally not a neat-nick. So, I decided to have the car detailed, figuring that I it would be much better starting my day without feeling like 'Eewwww.' The two Jewel guys worked on the car for over six hours. And they were really working (My desk is by the window and I copped a look every so often). When the Jewel guy's finished and I looked at the interior of the car, I was reminded that the original color was gray! The seats looked brand new, except for the burn holes (let us hope that they were only cigarette burns). The rugs were gray instead of a combination color of mud and food. The built up dirt on the steering wheel, turn signal and wiper handles was gone. The car's interior just shined. It was awesome. The outside, which I don't particularly give a fig about, was more shiny than I can remember it ever being. A while back I had to replace a couple of wheels (rims) and, to save some money, I bought used ones. They had bright orange stock numbers painted on them that I had not been able to removed. The paint was gone. Best of all, that grungy smell of years of dirt and food that the car's interior had was also gone. I priced detailing work before I did this: $200 to $300, depending. It amazed me that Jewel only charged $160 for this, so I gave them big tips. You will too.

Very friendly and professional staff. Exceeded my expectations. The car was spoyless when they finished with it. Would recommend these to family and friends and will use them again for other cars.

Awesome job in detailing our vehicle. Was punctual and professional and even offered some suggestions in maintaining the interior of the vehicle.

Guys were responsive and did a super job.

The team from Jewel were on time and called 30 min prior to their arrival to let me know they were in route. We went over the problem and focus areas and then I left them to go to work. When they finally finished the Honda Pilot never looked so good. With two kids that eat, drink and do projects in the car it was a mess and the Jewel team restored the interior to spotless condition and like new smell. I would and plan to use them again.

Andre worked on the car all day and did a great job. The car looks brand new after 5 years of use with a couple kids.

Responded right away to my inquiry. Technicians showed up on time and were courteous an professional. It was a hot day, yet they worked quickly and did a thorough job. Car looked great.

The provider called when he was fifteen minutes from my home. He arrived promptly, at around 0830 in the morning. Due to the recent freeze, we had to reconnect garden hoses and open the water valves, but once that was done they were completely self sufficient. They spent over six (6) hours scrubbing, buffing and polishing my car. They were able to take out many marks made by my teenage children (who learned to drive to drive in my car and took it to school). My car looks terrific and this was worth every penny...and may well be underpriced. Would absolutely do this again.

My son and daughter-in-law's minivan had transported two babies, two dogs and perhaps a roving band of gypsies. The service person transformed the vehicle to look better than when they bought it. We could not be more pleased and will definitely use Jewel again.

I think they could have told me they didn’t do the seats.

The two young men came to our house as committed and spent several hours cleaning the vehicle. the leather, carpet, and plastic surfaces all looked great when they finished. I can't recommend them highly enough.

They did an exceptional job onsite! The crew were so professional and I received great service!? - The only downside was that they didn't have a hose to perform the job and i was lucky enough to have one handy.

I was disappointed with the results. I expected more attention to detail with the interior. Will try someone else next time.

I was disappointed in the quality of the detail. I found dirt in some not so hard to reach places. A ring was left in my cupholder, and the inside of the windshield was very streaky. I could've done as good a job, but I hired them to do what I can't. I was very disappointed in my results and won't use them again.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List. Jewel Auto Care was very prompt to respond and we set up a couple of dates to get my three vehicles detailed - a sports car, a mid-size SUV and a full-size crew cab pick-up truck. I was informed that I would receive an email confirming the appointment three days before the service and that they would arrive between 8:30-9:30am. They would detail two of the vehicles the first date and the last vehicle the second date (which was one week later). I received the email confirmation of the first appointment as promised. The detailer, Ondray, called me around 9am, informing me he would arrive in another 15 to 20 minutes. He arrived at 9:20am, looked at the two vehicles I wanted detailed that day and went through the work order. Based on the Angie's List deal details, I expected an upcharge for the SUV and was informed by Ondray that, indeed,there would be a $30 upcharge. He also went through additional services he could perform if I so desired. No hard sell, just informing me of the options and the costs of each. I choose to have the leather seats in the SUV conditioned, which resulted in another $30 upcharge. The sports car, which is garage kept and rarely driven, was first. Ondray took his time and performed a thorough job. He did everything that was set forth in the Angie's List deal. The car looked like new when he was done and he wrapped up around 1pm. He then moved on to the SUV, which is also garage kept, but regularly used. Again, Ondray was thorough and took his time. Both the inside and outside were almost like new when he finally wrapped up around 7pm. He really appeared to take great pride in making everything glean and shine. He took care of our two cars like they were his own. The second appointment went almost like the first. The only glitch, which was very minor to me, was that I did not receive the email notification confirming the appointment. As it had rained heavily the day before and was still damp and overcast the morning of the appointment, I was concerned that no one would show up, especially when I had not heard from them by 9am. However, Ondray called and showed up at my door by 9:30am. Same great service - he asked me if anything needed special attention, went through the work order with me (informed me of the $30 upcharge for the truck, which I expected) and got to work. Again, it is a full-size crew cab pickup truck and he wrapped up the job around 4pm. This truck is kept outside and is subject to the elements, including an array of trees and tree sap. There were a couple of small areas that Ondray pointed out he simply could not remove/get out. He thought that buffing might work, but he did not have his buffer with him (that was not part of the Angie's List deal), though he said he would have tried the buffer if he had it. Other than those few spots, the truck looked almost new. The inside was thoroughly clean and the outside glistened and gleaned. All in all, I was very pleased with Jewel Auto Care. They come to you, are professional and do a very good job, with care. I will continue to use them in the future.

All was good, the FJ looks brand new....I'd do t again.
