Description of Work: I heard of JD Edwards by word of mouth as a local painter who could provide high quality work. I am very picky, so my biggest challenge is finding someone who can meet my standards. | |JD Edwards charges higher rates than others, but they provide outstanding service to a "finish quality". | |They restored our front steps to like new condition with repair to rotted wood, installing composite kick plates, hand primed and painted everything and hand-stained the stair treads. | |They power washed and applied primer and two coats of solid white oil stain to the railings and columns, along with a beautiful redwood stain to our deck floor. The result looks like something out of magazine! | |Now that we have a relationship established, I'll be having them come out once a year to perform an inspection look for maintenance issues.

Description of Work: Painted trim and siding, including door trim, window trim, fascia, soffits and wood siding on about 1/4 of a brick 1.5 story ranch. They are responsive, prompt, punctual and their work is of high quality. They also did a good job of keeping the work area neat and cleaning up after each day's effort. Would recommend and I would use them again.
