He didn't show twice even after confirming he wanted the work. He canceled one appointment after making me wait an additional two weeks for him to not show. When today 09March 20201 his re scheduled date that I agreed too after he backed out of the first confirmed apportionment to perform the work he did not show once again. He even had the nerve to place it back on me that I did not confirm for the March 09 however my screenshot of my smart phone shows that I responded back. Dishonest would not even call me. Home Advisor also would do nothing by holding him accountable for not show twice! I would say that it is an Our rating and review process is designed to allow consumers to provide feedback to the professional they've worked with and to tell other Consumers about their experience. This would be an inconvenience to anyone and then to blame it on the customer. WOW! Stay away!
