Owner of company supervised all work and tried to tell me what time to expect them each day. Of course there were a couple of off by an hour but overall good. Company was quite careful to comply with condo rules using the padded elelvator and complying with time of the day rules allowing commercial work. Each day, workmen vacuumed and put everything in order- they were very neat. The overall result looks beautiful - could not be better. I have used this company twice before and quality of work superb. I know of two high end home builders who use this company exclusively.

They were great. I had a couple things done by providers not on Angie's List, and J and J came in and asked "who did that?" They fixed everything up. I will certainly have them do my whole house when it's time.

I've used them twice. They are terrific. They do estimates very quickly, very nicely and very thoroughly. The work is exceptional. The price was very good and the quality was excellent. They are very thorough and very up front. It was one of the nicest experiences I've had in years with any contractor. I have recommended them.

I called and set up an appointment to obtain a bid for hardwood floor installation and refinishing. They do not offer evening appointments, so I took 2 hours off of work to meet them at the house during the day. They did not show up and did not call.

Overall it went very well. They arrived exactly on time the day they promised. Clean up was great. One of the workers was not as careful as the other, so there were a few rough spots that I discovered after the job was completed and paid for. Javier returned, (with only one follow up phone call) and personally oversaw that the spots were fixed to his and my satisfaction.

Javier came out and reviewed the work area to be accomplished, reviewed the materials, solid bamboo hardwood, I provided to perform the project. J and J provided a estimate for the install of the hardwood and set up a install date. Though the job was a small one-day project, 150 sq. feet, J and J sent a three-man crew. The crew arrived within 30 min of the scheduled time. The crew was efficient and thorough in the install of the flooring. Every aspect of the job was performed professionally and without incident. The crew was very detailed and performed the job flawlessly. Javier, the owner, showed up mid-way through the job to ensure the quality of the work. He spent a good amount of time reviewing the work already performed to ensure it met his level of expectation. He actually pitched in at one point to demonstrate to one individual exactly how he wanted the job performed. Javier discussed my satisfaction with the project and only then did he leave the crew to finish the job. The crew finished the job and performed clean-up to my satisfaction.

Javier came to the home, gave me an estimate and began the job the on the agreed start date. The men arrived on time each morning and were very professional. Their work is perfect! The finish on the floors is incredibly smooth. Javier and his crew are the best! This is the fourth time I have had the crew here to install floors. (I have been doing a few rooms at a time over ten years or so.) I can't say enough about how great J and J's workmanship is.

Javier Del Cid is very professional. He gives a fair estimate and is reasonably priced. His crew arrives promptly, works efficiently, cleans up each day, and they do a fabulous job! The finish is smooth and beautiful! This is the 3rd time I've used J and J Custom Hardwood Floors; I can't recommend them highly enough!
