They replaced the motor quickly despite the fact it was maybe 25’ up for a reasonable price by DC standards. Replaced the thermostatic switch and brought it up to code with an on/of switch for emergency use. Compare this to Another company which said that the entire fan housing be removed, even though it would damage a fake slate roof, for twice the price and with no good reason.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the work was performed efficiently and professionally. The cost was reasonable too.

Infinite Electric LLC did a superb job with the installation of my home EV charging station. The owner, Alain, came to my home, spent a significant amount of time to thoroughly review our needs and then gave my wife and I a truly reasonable quote. It took less than a week to get on their schedule. And when the electrician showed up on our scheduled day, he was very professional and very thorough in his work. Our new EV station looks great and works nicely. I can't say enough great things about Infinite Electric, except to say I have a number of electrical projects ahead and will definitely give them another call in the future. I would hire them again in a heart beat. And I recommend others give them seriously consideration.

Infinite came to my house to give me an estimate. Zack was on time and called me before he came over. I had him install 3 new bath fans with led lights to give more light in the bathroom. He came back out for my installation and was on time. I like the new fans and it gives me the light I need.

We’re replacing both our cars with all-electric vehicles, so we contacted several local electricians for bids. We have no garage, so we needed a power cable run from the house about 20’ to the driveway, and I wanted to do as much of the work myself as possible, to keep the costs down. Infinite Electric ([*** Link removed ***] was the clear choice once all the bids came in. They were fantastic to work with. They arranged for the electrical permit, came to the house to go over the details of what I needed to do and what they would do. I followed their instructions and when my part was done, they arrived on time, connected everything, and the job was finished. They were very responsive by phone, emails and texts and they always did their part right on time – no surprises and no drama. Their price was more than reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Rudy showed up at the very beginning of the work window I'd been given and immediately got to work removing 3 old porch lights and replacing them with new ones I'd already purchased. After the install was complete, he spent time walking around my house with me, taking notes for an estimate on additional work I'd like to have done. Rudy was very friendly, polite and conscientious. He was forthcoming with advice when we were doing the walk-through. Preferred FOP was by check, which was fine. The owner called me a few hours later to ensure all had gone okay, with a promise to have the estimate over to me within a few days.

Never called back or made an effort to provide a quote. Not sure how they believed the work was done. Too bad for them, job was completed by another company.

Alain, the owner, arrived on time and called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. He looked at all the outlets I was having problems with and replaced 4 of them. I am so happy to have my ceiling fan running again. Alain explained how some of my switches work and answered all of my questions. He suggested some lighting changes that I might consider making and gave me an estimate for the work. Alain was professional, neat and cleaned up after his work. I am very pleased with the service I received. Will definitely hire again.

Rudy Diego was very professional, explained everything to me and was a great problem solver. I had about a days worth of work to be done in my (old/historic) house and he was very efficient with his time and left the area clean after each task. I will use Infinite again and ask for Rudy. Maria C

Alain and team (Tomas and Rudy) were awesome! They replaced our entire electrical panel with no issues, exactly as promised. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Communications were great, pricing was reasonable and fair, the crew was professional, courteous, and meticulous. They started the job right on time and ended earlier than promised. I know most people don’t get too excited about an electrical panel but the wires were so neatly routed, you can clearly tell they take pride in their work! Infinite Electric has earned my trust and I would highly recommend them!

We had a great experience using Infinite Electric for the installation of an outdoor 240V/50A outlet for charging our new hybrid vehicle. Alain was very knowledgeable, responding quickly to assess the project and advise on the best way to complete it. The on-site installation technician, Rudy, was a pleasure to have on the job- he was on time, polite, helpful and efficient. We couldn't ask for a more professional service, and will definitely use Infinite Electric again for any household electrical needs.

First and foremost - they did NOT fix the problem. They were supposed to be here between 10 and 1 pm. I missed the call from the dispatcher saying they were on the way. I called her back 2 minutes later and she promised me they were headed to my house. 2 hours later, I get a call saying because I missed her call they were not coming until 5:30 or 6:00 pm. Fine, we waited. The electrician showed up said he did not know what the problem was but he changed the GFI. He charged us $240 ($200 for the trip and $40 for the outlet) and left. Within 10 minutes of him leaving the outlet tripped again. I called and still have no response from the company the next day. Waste of time and money. And the lack of response is exactly what homeowners fear when they hire a contractor.

The company was great. They came by, provided a quote on the work, and we decided to use them. The work was scheduled within a week and the electrician was on time and did a fine job!

Very well! Response time to calling to schedule an appointment and arriving for appointment was excellent. Owner worked on troubleshooting until he found the problem. Overall satisfaction was excellent!

Alain was fantastic! He diagnosed the issue with the light and then traced back the issue to another recessed light. He was professional, on time, knowledgeable, and fast! I highly recomment.

Very happy with the work and service provided by Infinite Electric. Heidi was very quick to respond to our request, John came by the very next day to provide an estimate, the owner Al called us to clarify some follow-up questions we had and then John came back later in the week to complete the work. We had ceiling lights installed in 2 bedrooms, which required attic access. John did a very thorough job preparing the room for the work (plastic covers on the floors and furniture) and then completed the job within a couple of hours. We are very pleased with the final product and plan to use their services again!

Jerry really made Infinite Electric look good. Communicated often and clearly, and certainly put me at ease as a new homeowner. He works quickly and was able to react dynamically as we found issues in my wall. I'll be using y'all again for future electric needs.

Awesome! I was in a time crunch (for a non-emergency) and Infinite Electric delivered. The office team was responsive and fast. We spoke one afternoon and they had Jerry here the next day. Wow! Jerry was professional and knowledgeable, and he did an outstanding job moving an existing outlet that had a jumbled mess of wires in it. He quickly sorted through everything, moved the outlet (taking great care to not damage drywall), and put everything back together in a neat and safe manner. I couldn't ask for better service! I'll be calling Jerry and Infinite Electric for my future needs.

Jerry did an awesome job replacing my old and broken attic fan. I sent him a couple of pictures of it and he came prepared with a proper replacement and was able to get it installed in about an hour. Great work and will consider Infinite Electric again for future tasks.

The electricians came to hardwire our newly installed sauna. It looks amazing. It is very neat and professional work. We are very pleased.

The work went great, from the first conversation with Heidi, through the estimate process with Alain, to the completion of the work by Jerry (who spent almost an hour trying to fish the new electrical line instead of cutting into our drywall). We will definitely hire them do any electrical work in the future.

It was a difficult and tedious installation, which is why I paid for it. They made it known how crazy the instructions and process were. They were able to install it successfully. Glad I hired them.
