The service was very helpful and I would recommend Infinite Electric. He actually came before the appointment and he was able to solve the problem.

Nick has excellent customer service.He was a professional.He fix two plug in my kitchen.He also explained the why in terms that I could understand.

Nick did a great job installing two new lighting fixtures for me. The install required retiring the light switch. The original lights connected through a power outlet... Nick was able to perform the work within just a few days of initial contact. He quoted about 1 hour for the work. I was sure it would take two or three, but he got it done in an hour and 15 minutes. I am very pleased with the work and feel I got my money's worth.

Nick was very courteous and easy to deal with. He was able to fit me in on late notice on a Saturday for an outlet that was sparking in my kitchen.

After some initial confusion about our estimate visit, Nick really took care of business. Response time was great -- started our work earlier than planned and all work completed in one day. Also trouble-shot and repaired a circuit that had lost power at no extra charge. Very happy with the end results.

Nick was prompt and very honest about what needed doing and what was not needed. He was very clear when explaining everything. I was very impressed with his integrity and honesty. I will call this company again the minute I need an electrician and will enthusiastically recommend them to friends and neighbors.

In mid April of 2017 I contacted Infinite Electric LLC through Home Advisor 's website. I received a call that same day from Infinite Electric LLC, spoke with Nick Mongillo, one the electrician from Infinite Electric LLC. I described the problem. I told him that I had a electrical short circuit in my master bedroom on the left side wall and that I was not receiving any current / power from that area to the master bath. I also told Nick that I previously had an electrician from another company to come out about six to eight months ago to try to resolve the problem. Consequently, after numerous checks and testing of different circuit , the electrician wasn't unable to resolve the problem. I have to admit that was not sure if Nick could resolve the problem. I had been experiencing this problem to long and wanted to have it resolved. . After hearing me describe the problem and expressing my concerns, Nick explained to me that there could be several situations that could be causing the short. He explained that it would take some time to do a thorough check to find and fix the problem. He explained the rates and terms etc. I scheduled a time for Nick to come out. He came out a few day later as scheduled. It was raining the day that Nick arrived to preform the service. He was prompt, very polite , professional, and being considered of home, he put shoe protectors over his shoes to keep from mudding up my carpet. I give him great respect for being considerate and respectful. I was still not convince that he could find and fix the problem. I watched and observed him as he started the process. I was waiting for him to come to the same conclusion as the previous electrician. He continue to explore from one floor to the other, one from circuit to another. After completing the up and down stairs areas of the house, I was still waiting for him to come to the conclusion that he could not find the problem. Nick went up into the attic found a loose connection, corrected the problem,and to my disbelieved, I had power/ lights in my bedroom and the master bath, was now with lights and an operating exhaust fan. He made me a believer. After almost a year, I now have lights where there wasn't . I would rate Nick Mongillo, the electrician for Infinite Electric LLC with a ten in all areas. Nick has done a great job. I would recommend his services to my family and friends. Thanks Nick and Infinite Electric LLC for a job well done. Lawrence C.
