Victor came out and installed the attic fan. He was on time and kept communication with me the whole time. He had excellent work ethic and explained the entire process to me. Will definitely do business with them again.

Great customer service and outstanding technician, but felt cost for estimate and repair was way too high.

They did a great job installing my ceiling fans. The first day they came it was too hot for them to go in the attic, so they arranged to come early the next day, since I had guests in town who needed the fan.

Victor F. was wonderful to work with. He was professional, identified other troublesome areas that were present as he was working. He presented options and pricing and sought our approval for whether or not to have them done. He also offered a whole house safety inspection. He answered all of our questions, was honest and the invoice provided was detailed and explained what everything was for as he also did in person. I would hire him again.

Gary was the tech who provided the cost estimate, identified a major problem, suggested a solution then let me decide what to do. No pressure or invites to do the job now, just let me decide. We did decide to do the work, Gary did it all professionally and my home is safer and more capable as a result. Great Tech, Great Company, peace of mind. What more can you ask for!

Service was quick and tech was respectful. Seemed a little expensive but got the job done quickly.

Everyone I spoke to was very nice and friendly. There was confusion over the scheduled appointment confirmation though. I had a message saying that it may not be at the time I scheduled, and when I called to discuss they confirmed it was at that time. The technician was late due to traffic, which isn't their fault although it was raining and we can predict in this area that traffic will be bad when it rains. The work that was done was great. The fan is up securely but part of what I asked for was also to patch the hole where the insecure box was installed and was told at the end of the appointment they don't do that work, which is frustrating to hear then. The cost also was higher than typical install which I didn't understand since they didn't patch the hole. I'd recommend for basic installation as they are responsive and friendly.

I can't say enough other than I wish I could put a few more stars to the above, they were prompt, very knowledgeable and able to meet my needs when I informed them of a company that I turned away due to their poor communication and customer service. I now have not only a completed project but a new Electric Service Company

Electrician was very knowledgeable and resolved a difficult situation without too much trouble. He was willing and able to discuss and explain the situation with me and provided advice for long term resolution.

The electrician that came out to our home was Gary. I liked the fact that he called and said he would be at my home at a certain time and he showed up not a minute late. Time is very important to me. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. I will recommend Infinite Electric to anyone I know that needs electrical work. We hired this company to install a breaker box in our garage so it will support a 240v plug. I have good and bad things to say about this company so I will start with the good. They were very professional over the phone. When the project took a turn for the worse (which I will go into later) they turned it around and fixed it very quickly and attentively. Everyone on the team is very polite and nice. This is why I still managed to rate them as an overall three star. Now the not so positive. The quote we received was higher than all other quotes we received, but since it was such a big project, we opted to use Infinite anyways because of their confidence in the project and their service to do the permit work. The permit: Costs $450, $100 of which is for the county to get the permit itself, the rest of for Infinites service fee to do the permitting work. Infinite was unable to pull our permit for our garage with the county, it resulted in me calling the county and sitting on the phone with them for 2 hours before I found the permit number and provided it to Infinite. Annoying but we got through it. We failed our inspection. The technician who performed the work was very nice. He was there for a few days running everything and prepped everything for the inspector. The inspector failed us for crucial things which I would expect an electrician to know: such as no grounding, wires left uncapped, etc. I was irritated that the electrician was not there during the inspection when we paid the fee to have this service provided. The owner called and apologized and did everything they could to make it a success. The electrician was present for the second inspection which finally resulted in a pass. I still feel the $350 for the permitting is an unjust fee if it involved me having to take off two days of work before the inspection was passed. All in all, the company has a good foundation of customer service. I would suggest that for the $350 fee to obtain the permit, that the electrician who performed the work be present for the inspections. And for electricians with less experience, the company should require a second review of the work to be done by a more experienced electrician prior to completing the job.

We had Victor from Infinite Electric come out to look at one of our switches that was malfunctioning. He saw that our devices had either loose connections, not grounded or poorly put together. He was able to completely redevice our whole house and restore our panel for an affordable price . He was able to do it the same day. We really happy with our service and highly recommend them.
