Horrible. Not professional.

I bought a used pool table and needed it moved in less than 3 days. I called over 10 different professional pool table movers and all of them stated they needed almost a weeks worth of lead time and would change up to $500 or $600. When I called Hot Tubs & Pool Tables Outlet they immediately checked with their install crew and confirmed they could handle the job. Their installer called me and confirmed addresses the day before. He provided a 2 hour window of when they would arrive at the pick-up location. The installer called me when he was 30 mins out. He was on time and professional. The disassmebly took about 40 min. They reassembly took about an hour. The installer ensured the table was level.

Great team here. I've done business with Greg for a couple years. One of the best rates around for moving tubs, never had any damage (he's moved at least 5 for me). Straight shooters, good prices, honest people. You won't go wrong here.

I was looking for a hot tub to replace my old one. I went to a couple of stores as well as a spa show. I absolutely love the service from Hot Tubs and Pool Outlet! I felt they were very knowledgeable about the hot tubs. They have a variety of manufacturers in their showroom at a variety of prices. They did not try to oversell me. They also sometimes have refurbished tubes. We bought the Hollywood model. I really like that it is made in the USA. They installed it and removed our old tub. After the electrician hooked it up, we had a small problem and they came right out and fixed it. We love it! All of the employees are great. During the month of November 2013, my husband and I started shopping around to look for the perfect hot tub spa that would satisfy my muscle tension I get everyday. We first looked at Vienna Hot Tub Spa (Sundances) and their jets did not even come close to the strong jets that the Marquis EPIC has. There are two strong jets located on the pillars of this spa that are absolutely AWESOME in getting the job done of massaging out my muscles. Of course, I never thought I would spend over $10K a spa, but it is worth every penny. I LOVE this spa and I am so glad we came to the right place to purchase it. I believe they are the only dealer that carries the Marquis spas in the state of VA. Greg helped us through the whole process of showing us the tub and we even did a wet test with the water running in the spa. Upon purchasing, he personally came and delivered the product 4 days later. Ours came fully loaded with blue tooth/radio speakers and lights and I felt he truly did care about helping me find the perfect spa for my muscular needs. There is another person, Ryan, there who also gave me a good lesson on how to keep up the alkalinity and calcium level just right in the spa water. There is a 5-yr warranty on spa parts, but they still do charge a and quot;trip feeand quot; for each service call. Make sure you get a spa lift, that is very useful when pulling the cover on and off. Without it, the spa cover is very difficult to maneuver. Overall, I am VERY SATISFIED with my purchase and enjoy my Epic Marquis every single day. It has improved my muscular functions and my husband and friends enjoy using it to relax.

Wonderful service! At first we had trouble with the cement person that they had recommended. When I called Ryan he immediately found me another person. When I told the second guy that we wanted to be in the tub by Thanksgiving, he rearranged his schedule to help us out. The owner of the company, Greg, delivered the tub himself and wanted to make sure we were happy. When I mentioned we were having trouble with our electrician ( not one of his recommendations) he pulled out his phone and called an electrician he knows and spoke with him right I front of me. So far, Jason ( the new electrician) has been fantastic! We will be be raising a glass to them while sitting our tub on Thanksgiving day!

The provider showed up on time and performed the work as promised. The delivery/set-up staff were very courteous and professional. They were able to work around a tree and other obstacles that were directly in their path when moving the hot tub into it's final resting spot on the lower-level of our deck. They also told me not to hesitate to call with any questions about the operation of the hot tub - something I feel that they were very genuine about. I researched many other hot tub manufacturers/vendors and Hot Tubs and Pool Tables Outlet definitely had the best price and provided the best service. I would definitely use them again for anything that they offer.

Words cannot express how professional this company was. I purchased a pool table from someone in Fairfax. They arrived early. They handled the table with due care. They set the table up perfectly. We went over the room to determine best placement. They advised me on what I needed to do to get the best possible experience from the table. They even gave me an extra ball that was missing from the set. Shilo and his assistant were so awesome.

Great job to quickly troubleshoot and repair our hot tub. Problem turned out to be the heater element was grounding out and tripping circuit breaker. Ron quickly found the problem which was covered under the warranty and repaired it. Very professional. Ryan worked with me over the phone to quickly set up the appointment before the freezing weather returned.

We were hugely impressed with their honesty and professionalism. There was a mistake in measurements which turned out to be a typo from a clerk. Even though I had no proof that I measured correctly, they were diligent in finding the error and made it right even though they ended up not making money on our job (they probably lost money) because of it. Since I had no proof, a dishonest company would have made me buy another cover. If I had to do it again I would pay extra for a professional measurement. Certainly would have confirmed my own measurements by email. But this company is honest, professional and stands behind their work. Our cover now fits perfectly.

Great! Drew was great to work with, he answered my questions, and gave me a personal tutorial on chemicals for the spa. He delivered my tub at exactly the time and date I expected, and he got the tub through a narrow gate. During electrical installation, my electrician had a problem and called HTPT, and they responded to his concern. I had another issue with the set up, and they answered my questions. Their service was GREAT, they treat customers very professionally and very well, and although the showroom was a bit of a drive, there was a "party like" atmosphere inside on a very soggy day!!! The guys made everyone feel the fun of owning a hot tub. Worth the experience, worth the trip, and I LOVE my Marquis Envy!
