GREAT, this company is the REAL deal. I had water damage and they came right out, gave an estimate and with their estimate they include an interior decorator who came out and gave me ideas. I followed what she suggested and the first floor came out AMAZING! They may be just a little more $$ than others, BUT they are well worth it, would def hire again and again.

They did a good job replacing the wood on our bay window and one doorframe and they did a nice job painting the trim with 2 large exceptions. They cleaned their brushes in our yard and left paint all over our seeded and topped lawn. Front and back lawn. We have a utility sink they could have cleaned their brushes in. They also tore our screen door and got paint all over the screen. They knocked the latch off of the frame as well and broke it. We only discovered this after they left. We tried to have them fix it but they refused to have it repaired or to reimburse us so we could have it repaired/replaced. They charged us so much because they sent us 5 guys at a cost of $42/hr for an entire day. We do not have very much exterior trim. Most of it is plastic. They were only painting the wood. When we asked for a quote for our shutters they told us it would take 2 guys at $42/hr times 12 hours to paint our few shutters. They also said they needed to sand our shutters. Well our shutters are vinyl. Sanding them would have cracked them so we refused this outrageous quote. Overall we do not believe this company to be very honest in their pricing nor are they willing to correct mistakes/damage they may have incurred. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their supervisor was extremely nasty when I questioned his pricing for our shutters and he was very defensive when I questioned him wanting to "sand vinyl shutters". I compare this company to a auto repair company that tries to prey on women drivers.
