 + -1 more2 & 1/2 weeks I will never shop at home Depot again I have spent a lot of money for personal and business, No More.
Description of Work: Purchased welder with debit card needed different model was told they would they would do a complete exchange I took it back they couldn't refund my card I was told they would issue a store credit I asked if I can use the store credit and pay the difference for the bigger welder I was told yes they issued the credit I asked if the have the welder in stock after checking I was told it was online only I then was told I can't use store credit online, I then told the cashier I need my money back couldn't refund my card I was told because of the fraud I will not be given cash even though I had my paid receipt, was told to come back next day ,I went back and found out the store credit had been cancelled and my welder wasnt in the store.I was told that should have never happened per the cashier. After standing for 1 hour and 20 minutes I still didn't have my welder or my money . After phone calls and other visit to the store no luck 2 week later after getting my attorney involved I received an ear the next day.

 + -1 moreThe installer showed up on time, was pleasant and efficient. He even unplugged the power tools when my young son came home from school. It was a very good experience. The door is working fine, and we are happy with the product.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK PERFORMED BY THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THE WAY THEY HANDLED THE JOB, AND THE WORK SITE WAS LEFT VERY CLEAN, AND NO SIGN OF ANY DAMAGE TO THE SURROUNDING AREAS.
