Will Amaya and his helper were on time, knew their business, and got the job done properly and promptly. HMS provided a cost estimate over the phone and that is what they charged for the service. Highly recommend this company. Should I need plumbing service in the future (and we all will), I will definitely hire HMS.

The guys from HMS plumbing were extremely professional and friendly. When speaking with Doug on the phone about my issue, he was able to provide me an up front estimate of the cost for the repair. This estimate was pretty much spot on, no surprises. The crew arrived exactly when Doug said they would, which can be a rarity now days. Again, I can't stress how friendly the crew was and they walked me through the entire repair. As the crew was cleaning up from the repair, they even discovered that my front hose bib was leaking. In fact, it had been leaking for over 10 years every time we used it. However, because it was not leaking inside the house, we never noticed it. Kudos to them for discovering this and repairing it as well. I would not hesitate to use them again for any of my plumbing needs. Thanks, HMS!

They came when they said they would. The plumber who arrived was very friendly and professional. Their prices were better than others we called to snake the sink. The repair to the water line was not planned but they took the time to make the repair at a reasonable price.

While I was out of town on Jan 9 (until after midnight), HMS Plumbing employee Will Amaya was working in my neighborhood and notice water pouring out of my garage. He turned off my water supply at the meter and left his business card. I called first thing this morning (Jan 10) and spoke with Doug, telling him that Will's quick thinking saved me a lot of property damage. Knowing that because of recent cold weather, HMS was probably heavily booked with appointments, I just wanted HMS to turn on my water and return when their scheduled allowed them to return to repair the leak. Doug told me that Will could be at my house between 10-noon that same day. As it turned out, Will came before 10, turned on my water and fixed the leak and was gone by 10:15.....and this for a customer that never used HMS Plumbing's services before. I highly recommend HMS Plumbing their promptness, skill and excellent customer service.

Went well they even returned later to replace a water filter stirred up by replacing the pump. Was really impressed that the owner Heve worked along side his employees. Good leadership.

They were fine. They were able to find the problem and said that if they were us they would go buy the part and do it themselves because we would have had to go through another part of their company. He said that it was cheaper if we do it ourselves. We were very pleased that he offered that advice. He said that we would have to call and reschedule with the company for a different department in the company. He said that if it were him, he would just go buy the part and install it himself, which my husband did and it worked out fine. They were able to save us a lot of money by recommending that we could do something ourselves; it would have been another $400 or $500. We were very pleased with him. With regard to price, I couldn’t really say because we didn’t call anybody else, so I don’t know if that's a good price or not. We were not expecting to have to pay that much money, but we had to have this done because the leak into our basement was starting to cost us money. They were very helpful. They came out that day. They were very professional.

The company pulled out all the stops to make sure they could get our leaky gas line fixed quickly. This meant an entire day under the house, in the crawl space (in the rain!). They replaced the pipes on time, at the cost they quoted. Quality service -- I'd use them again.

From the phone call to their office to the actual repairs, this company was outstanding. After 2 other estimates (remember, Angie says get 3!) this was my last call. HMS Plumbing is the only company that gave me a quote over the phone, and they did not try to sell me a new hot water heater like the other companies who gave me repair estimates onsite. The HMS estimate to replace the plastic drain valve was almost $100 less than the first two pluming companies! The kind office staff made an appointment for me for the next week since my valve was only dripping slightly. Tommy came on time, was polite, courteous, and did his work carefully and correctly. He did not mind at all that I watched and asked questions about the repairs and hot water heater care in general while he worked. HMS Plumbing is my plumbing company from now on. And did I mention that they don't require contracts?! Definitely give them a call for your plumbing needs.

I have been using HMS pluming for many years now and this is the first time that I have written a review. I keep going back to HMS because they are very friendly and quick to respond to any problem that I may have. We have had all 3 toilets replace and all our faucets replaced in my townhouse. And soon they will be out to put in a new Hot Water Heater. I feel that they are up front and fair with their pricing. And they always send Wil out who I am familiar with, he has been coming I would say most of the visits that I needed. He is very friendly and courteous and does a good job cleaning up after he is done. I would recommend HMS plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

They were really nice. They were very thorough. They were unable to fix the problem, as I thought would be possible. We were happy with them though as they were nice and very prompt.

We had Will from HMS come out for the service call. He was very friendly and professional. He quickly ruled out a plumbing issue and then spent time examining the interior and exterior of our home and was able to determine the source of the leak. We had recently had some wood on our front porch repaired and when the work was done it was not properly caulked/waterproofed. With all of the recent rains this past September the water traveled down this area into our lower level storage room. Will was very conscientious in taking his time to provide us with a diagnosis. He even took the time to lay out a variety of repair options even providing us with the number of a company to help with the repair to our insulation and some interior wood which had been damaged from the water. He also only charged us $125 for the call though he was here for almost an hour. We were so very pleased with the level of service Will provided. We would highly recommend him and HMS Plumbing in the future!
