HD Exteriors

I selected HD Exteriors to replace a 20 year old my patio door and repair an upper deck. The project expanded to designing a beautiful screen porch and patio that I LOVE! Thanks to Austin-Sales/Design and the HD crew for creating and turning my backyard into an oasis. Thank you Graham-owner, for calming my nerves. HD rebuilt an existing deck while simultaneously expanding the original footprint and adding a 3 seasons room (screened porch). They were encumbered by having to work with another contractor to modify a fireplace chase to accommodate a new fireplace being installed concurrent to their job. The other contractor was difficult and disorganized but HD not only performed their portion of the job well, but they also helped mitigate poor work done by the fireplace contractor. They are easy to work with, friendly, helpful and do quality work. HD was not the least expensive bid, but they are worth the money. Highly recommended.

Their quote certainly wasn’t the lowest, but our contact, Graham, was very honest about capabilities and schedules, and HD delivered everything they promised. HD Exteriors designed and built a stone patio for us. The work started and finished ahead of schedule.  This is very impressive since the entire construction industry was experiencing material and labor shortages.  The work and workers were highly professional. Clean up was perfect.  The yard was restored to its pre-construction condition. The HD Team provided progress reports every week. We always knew the status.  I highly recommend HD Exteriors.  They are my number one pick for my next project.

The building phase has not begun but, So far, they have been very professional and especially responsive to calls and questions. We are excited to see the work begin.

I had them tear down an old deck and build a new screened-in deck. They were professional and friendly at every step. They designed a great deck for me and were very flexible when I changed my mind at the last minute. They were able to schedule most of the work for when I was on vacation so my dog wasn't disturbed by construction noise. The work was done on time, looks great, and is perfect for my needs.

An excellent company, one that we give an A+ for design, workmanship, service, cost and above all wonderful communication and interaction with their customers. Out of all the companies we met with prior to selecting a company, HD Exteriors was the most responsive and thorough. Graham, Jr. took his time going over the estimate and scaling the project for us. Once we decided HD Exteriors was who we wanted to build a new screened-in covered porch and deck, they quickly provided a design package for our review. Once we approved it, they took care of all permitting and HOA requirements. It was a seamless process. When work was started, Tom, Project Manager, regularly kept us up-to-date on the various steps of the project. The workmanship exceeded our expectations. We are now enjoying the outdoor living space of our dreams.

There were a couple of pieces of wood and Trek that had manufacturers defects. I reported the problem to the supervisor and instantly the issues were resolved.

A great company to work with! They took care of getting permits, or ordering materials, and building our deck. They have also installed a stone walkway on both sides of our house to allow me to use our walkers and a motorized scooter! Thanks so much for making our home more accessible and enjoyable!!!

Amazing pre-sale service and consulttation. Amazing craftsmanship in the build. Timely follow up post delivery for a couple very minor warranty items.

HD Exteriors removed our old deck and installed an entirely new deck. We were very impressed with the company and would use them again and highly recommend them. Right from the beginning with Corey the salesman who was well informed, patient and provided us with samples, to Kevin our project manager who was very good at scheduling and keeping the project moving and keeping us informed. All the workmen were top notch very hardworking, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. And the office Staff who were always available and knowledgeable. They were all very professional and it was a pleasure working with this company. They set the expectations and followed through. The project was finished in the time frame we expected, and they kept us well informed throughout. We would definitely use them for another project and would recommend HD Exteriors to others.
