Description of Work: They were a sub-contractor. Supposed to pour on Thursday, Friday and said it was weather each time. Not more than a few molecules of water in the gauge at my yard. Monday supposed to pour at 9:00am. Finally got to it at 2:30pm. Asked when the last board would come off, next day. Never saw them again.
