+ -1 moreWe've used them for over 30 years and they are wonderful. We wouldn't think of changing. We call them when we need spring and fall maintenance. The contract pays for itself. They are very reasonable. The contract is if we have a service call, they don't charge for labor. Of course we would use them again. Maintenance is roughly an hour. Workers are professional and very nice. We usually get the same guy. They left the area perfect.
Description of Work: We have a contract with them, and they come out twice a year, they service our unit. they installed the current units. Any time we have a problem, we get priority service because we have a contract.. The furnace they installed has just been great. We really haven't had any problems with the unit. We did with our older one and they always came out in a timely manner. No extra cost above the contract cost.

+ -1 morePrior to Goode's service, our HVAC unit was running constantly w/o making the house comfortable. Gus, the technician, was on time and very professional. He explained what he was doing and why, cleaned out 5 years worth of beagle fur from our cooling coil, and left the job site impeccably clean (one of my biggest pet peeves is a contractor that thinks it's OK to leave the job site a mess). Billing was prompt and efficient, and I signed a service contract and strongly recommend their services.
Description of Work: Inspection of HVAC, cleaning of coils, etc.
