Absolutely wonderful in every way. I contacted Doneen on Wednesday, we arranged to meet Thursday to discuss the possibility of having the estate sale the next Monday-Tuesday just prior to settlement on the house we were vacating on Thursday. We were downsizing and while a sale at that time of the week is not optimal, it worked out well in an extremely stressful time. PJ and Dorothy were fantastic to work with, I felt we became friends at the end of the two days. They did a great job. The whole process went about as smoothly as it could have under the circumstances. Their commission is 40% on the job, but I gladly paid that for service rendered and their professional approach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They saved me from "going over the edge" mentally and physically as the closing on the home approached.

Doneen, Jessica and the crew at EPS handled my late in-laws' very large estate sale last week. I could not have been more pleased with their knowledge, professionalism, service and efficiency. The sale ran over 2.5 days and brought in very close to the estimated value amount. She and her team were very efficient in helping us prep; they also drove a lot of traffic to the event from social media. There were a few things left, which we chose to handle ourselves. People who attended had very positive comments on the event (we chose not to be in attendance). Since our sale experience, I've referred this company to several real estate sellers looking to down-size. I've heard positive feedback from others.

As usual, Doneen did an outstanding job in selling our items! She has provided her top-notch services (eBay concierge) to us numerous times in the past. It is even better now that she has her estate sale offering. We are so fortunate to be able to count on her. We recommend her highly!

It was my last purchase that caused me to become upset. I was at the estate sale the first day. I requested to buy a box of vinyl records. I was told by Jessica that I had to wait until she could go through the entire box before she could give me a price. She said it may take her overnight or longer to determine the sale price of the box of records. The following day I missed her call. I called her back. She gives me a price of $250.00 I questioned if it was for the entire box. She tells me that she had to sale at least half of the box to other people. I messaged her and she said that more than half of the box had been sold. She then sent me a message stating that I could have what was left in the box for $100 I asked how many records were left. She said maybe 40. Then she says that I can pick them up the following day for $60. I picked up the remaining records (37). I paid more than it would have cost me to purchase the records from a store. I have records with a resale value around fifty cents and some with no value at all. I think If I was promised to be given the chance of purchasing the entire box that should have been upheld. I feel lied to and cheated.

What a huge project 50 years of stuff! We could not have done it without them. My parents ended up making so much on the things EPS sold for them at top dollar, that hiring EPS actually MADE them money!
