Description of Work: Repaired wood rot on porch and shed; painted shed, replaced bi-fold doors on 2 closets; repaired ceiling mold problem to include a leaking pipe and drywall repairs; rehung sliding closet doors, installed window shade. Remodeled a new upscale bathroom with beautiful tile, and he remodeled our kitchen--cabinets, lighting, granite counter-top, paint, plumbing.

Description of Work: Remodeled Home Theater Room. - Installed Stone Veneer Panels. - Installed switches for the room lighting. - Patched and painted the entire room. - Installed LED lighting. - Created a custom projector screen

Description of Work: I have used E&E Home Improvement a number of times over the | past 4 years for some small jobs and large jobs. Most recently I had Ed fix an issue with the front door lock. In the past I have hired E&E to frame, dry wall and run electric and plumbing in my unfinished basement. My home was built in the 70's and met building code at that time however Ed pointed out that a number of changes have been made to the building code over time. We made the changes to bring everything up to code at very little additional cost. All work was done and completed as scheduled and within the estimates provided. Ed's team left the worksite cleaner then it was prior to starting the work. Other work that | E&E has performed for me was: | Put a new roof on our split level | | Replaced an attic fan and install one in that | attic that did not have one. | | Repaired a shower fixture. | | Pressure washed our home. | The price is always reasonable and should any unexpected | issues arise, as is typical when remodeling, Ed explains the issue and options and lets you know what the impact is to the initial estimate. I would and have recommend E&E Home Improvements to friends and anyone that wants a great job at a fair price.
