Delivering the equipment was disconcerting because there is no paperwork given back to the owner indicating that you just dropped off your equipment for repair. This was disturbing to say the least. No copy of a service ticket, nothing. They advised that it would be around 3 weeks. After receiving no phone calls at the 4 week mark, I started calling. Their customer service is pretty bad, starting with common curtousy phone manners. It felt like you were bothering them by inquiring about your equipment, and left empty with their lame excuse of being the 'busy season'. So roughly a week later I received a phone message (most likely prompted by my phone call) stating that the engine started fine and they were not sure what the problem was. This was interesting since that's not what it was in the shop for and the ticket (that they have) clearly states the probelem. I called back to clear up the situation and it was like ground hog day starting from the beginning. Again, the customer service experience was annoying and a bit frustrating. Finally, they called and left me a curt message indicating that it was finished. The quality of replacement was poor as they did not even tie down the loose cables. I picked it up, and will NEVER go back.

They cleaned and replaced the blades of my lawn tractor. Something that I liked about them was that they came out to my house and did it. They were nice and pretty helpful. They quoted me a price and charged me whatever they said it would be.

Purchased 2 year warranty and maintenance contract extension in March '07 (contract set to expire in May 07). November 07 maintenance performed without issue. Called for maintenance in December '08 and was told my contract expired in May '08 and service could not be performed without additional cost. Service Manager was rude throughout discussion, offered no solutions and hung up on me prior to completion of discussion.
