My apartment complex hires the company inclusive in the rent. Twice they did not show up. I had not been told that we must prepare for bed bug treatment until today I was not informed if anyone in my building had bed bugs I am 68 yrs old disabled and my husband has uncontrolled Ashema so chemicals ae out and they are suppose to use eco friendly chemicals. I do not yet know if anyone has bed bugs? The rep just knocks on my door after the manager called Egales Pest Control and no instructions were ever given to me by the company before hand. Again I am in a senior apartment and disabled.

I was on the hospital when they did the job but it looks like the insects have disappeared when I came back. They charged me $225 for the whole thing. I don't use pest control services that often so I don't know if that's a good or bad price. They were pretty responsive. The guy was friendly. Very professional.

I have been very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of their staff. They seem quite informed about the diverse types of pests and their breeding practices as well as the chemicals the company employs. On several occasions, the company responded promptly to calls to address an issue.

They heated the whole house up to 140 degrees. I think they solved the problem. They showed up on time. The head technician that I worked with was very good, very personable and very thorough. They worked hard to solve the problem. The technician talked to the crew and explained that we had two couches that were heavily infested. They heated them up to 140 degrees instead of 120 to really blast the heat on those two pieces. They didn't leave any kind of mess or anything, so they were easy to work with. They showed up on time and left on time. We've spent $20,000 on this problem so far so I would use them again.

I was told by my condo association that I had to use Eagle Pest to conduct bed bug extermination in my apartment. I left three phone messages prior to getting a return call to respond to my request for a quote. When they did show up to provide a quote, they did a thorough inspection of my place. I had hopes that the unreturned calls were just a fluke. I was provided a reasonable estimate via email within the next day. When I started reviewing the proposed service contract though, there were several inconsistencies. For instance, the estimate had an "overall" price and also broke down each of 4 treatments. The individual prices of the four treatments did not add up to the overall price. The contract also said something like "the chemical used are described in the paragraph below." However, there was no "paragraph below." When I replied to the company asking about the problems, the response I got from the rep was, "I can't believe I sent that out!" He sent a corrected copy a few days later, but I ended up losing touch with the rep after my questions on his second draft went unanswered. If you are going to use this company, I suggest making sure you READ the contract closely before signing!

They were very pleasant on the phone (also in shepherd's guide), but couldn't come today due to distance - which was initially confusing to me; their address here on Angie's List is listed as Leesburg, but the Tech Circle Drive address is in Manassas. (P.S. to Angie's List Staffer if you're reading this - can we somehow get NA activated for 'overall experience' so users can add comments like this? I sort of hated giving these nice folks a B, but since I didn't actually use them, felt like an A would be misleading.)

Stunningly professional. Mike came by to take a look at our cockroach infestation. Very knowledgable (and finds bugs fascinating). Explained to us how cockroaches live, where they are coming from, and instead of doing a hard sell to buy his services he gave us some really good information on how to try to deal with them first before going all out with insecticides. He took a lot of time with us and his recommendation was to try some simpler measures before going all out. A sniper approach vs a shotgun approach. He left us with some stuff. If we decide to go ahead with insecticides and other measures, the price is $85/quarter. I just wish every person I dealt with was as professional as he was.
