Top Notch customer service from the beginning to the end!

They were very professional. Arrived on time. Carefully installed each piece or fixture. Price was quite high but I guess it's the going rate. Everything works O.K. although I would have preferred a fixture that allowed is to increase or decrease the amount of water that comes out of the shower. This one doesn't. It's on or off. I still would recommend them and would call them if I had a plumbing problem in the future.

Edgar was professional and quite courteous. I thought his prices were a bit steep, but I had not done any comparisons yet, and my sump pump was failed, so under the circumstances, had to go ahead and get the repair done. Recommend get some comparison quotes, but overall, EA Plumbing was excellent.

Great experience! After appt. was scheduled, the owner/plumber called and then arrived within his promised timeframe. He promptly determined the problem, gave me an estimate for the job and after I agreed to have him perform the repairs, he worked diligently to clear out the clogged drain. He was also respectful of my home by placing a waterproof mat down where he was doing the repairs to avoid anything messy getting on the floor. All in all, I was very happy with the job he did and would definitely use him again on any future repairs or new product installations, and would recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Avoid this business. I had a disposal replaced. I looked up the price online for the unit, $260. They don’t itemize the bill. The cost of the materials and labor are hidden so you can’t make an informed decision. Labor costs were about $300 per hour!!! This is very shady. I would not recommend doing business with these people. I thought using this site would guarantee honesty. I was wrong. Update: I spoke to Edgar Artiga from EA Plumbing. He was tellI got me about his 16 years of experience. How contractors markup costs 20%. How they don’t work by the hour but by job. I pointed out he charged $300 to install the disposal. He said it’s typical. I looked it up. He was lying. I repeat don’t do business with this company.

Edgar was prompt and quickly installed a new sump pump. He even came a few days later to make sure everything was working correctly. Very friendly, and knowledgeable.

Its priceless to have hot water but I did have sticker shock and had hoped to be able to get a little more flexibility on the price. Overall though great service and Edgar was superb, prompt and delivered exactly what he promised.
