They were professional and on time.

Amazing. I requested a quote for a replacement of my entire HVAC system. When they determined they were so booked up that it would be a little bit before they could replace it, they asked if anyone had tried to repair it for me first (its very old, so the answer was no). They took the unit apart, figured out quickly it was a fuse and a capacitor that had blown, and repaired it for me. I tried to pay them, but they didn't accept. These guys are a class act, and they moved to the top of my list for all HVAC equipment-

Everything went per plan, price, and schedule and my high efficiency furnace is still working great. Technicians left the basement area, and the interior of my furnace, clean and neat. Technicians explained everything about the problem and repair in terms I understood. Technician actually called me first and arranged to arrive ahead of schedule.

It went VERY well. Duvall Corporation is family owned and two generations of the family, along with two other technicians, came to my house and worked for two days to do a SUPER job in tearing out the old mechanicals and putting in my new HVAC and water heater. These folks now have a customer for life in me. I give them my BEST review. Punctual, respectful, nice, know their business and products and are tidy, too! Thank you, Duvall Corporation!!

Went very well. They were on time every day and cleaned up at the end of each day. Friendly and curtious.

Did not show respect by not having or refusing to use shoe guards on light colored carpet. Two spots of dirt were left on the carpet as a result. Changed insides of toilets and they are much more quiet. Told me what to order to repair sink. Said the house water pressure valve was leaking. I agreed to have it replaced. At his urging he reduced the water pressure for the house. I hated the low pressure and the fact it would still cost $125 just to come out and fix the sink leak and having no cold water.

They are fantastic. They have always been fair and reasonably priced. Everything they've ever done has turned out well.

We called for emergency service on a weekend. The guys arrived faster than expected. The service tech was upfront about the costs of the emergency work. When they got to our house they found the problem quickly and made the repair. The price was less crazy than we thought and they were fast and smart about finding the source of the problem. I had used a different company for a previous problem and watched that guy stretch a less than one hour visit in to a 2.5 hour call. These guys didn't fool around. I'm very glad we called and our water was back on quickly.

Tyson and Cody were prompt and fixed my plumbing issues quickly and at a very reasonable price. My daughter recommended them to me. She had a clogged drain and the Drano ate away the plumbing so under her sink needed to be re-plumbed. She was thrilled to bits with their work and so am I.

This company worked so well hand in hand with the irrigation company, calling each other and planning to meet up at the same time to work together. They made repeated trips and I was never charged for extra parts or man hours. JC is the owner of Duvall and he personally over-sought the entire project. Great customer service!

In June... my AC broke. It was 100 degrees outside and sweltering in my house. Duvall's had it fixed in no time!! In August, I woke up to a puddle of water in my kitchen floor. Duvall's came out ... to fix the waterline under my sink to the water filter. In September, my guest bathroom toilet was literally spraying water everywhere, Duvall's was there the next day and had it fixed. In November... my washer and dryer crapped out. Off to Home Depot I went. When they delivered them, the Home Depot crew kindly called to tell me they couldn't install the new machines because the water lines in the laundry room were corroded. I called Duvall's and once again they were out the next day and had everything corrected for me! In February the temps around here were a bit unstable. It was 5 degrees outside and my heat stopped working and sounded like an airplane landing. Called Duvall's and they assured me they would be out the next day to get everything corrected, and they did. This week, my 12 year old hot water heater died and I called Duvall’s again. They came out Tuesday and did an amazing job getting my old unit drained and out of my 4th floor condo and getting the new one installed. In less than 2 hours I had hot water, a new water heater, and the area they were working in was so clean it never looked like they were there. I have and will continue to refer Duvall's to all of my friends, family and coworkers. This truly is one of the most reliable and trustworthy companies I have ever dealt with, they are a true gem in the repair field!

My experience with Duvall was a series of bad things. For starters, the day before I was scheduled to have the water heater installed, they called and wanted to schedule ??? I explained that I was already scheduled for the next day. After a lot of hemming and hawwing, they agreed. Oh! Yes. I was indeed on the schedule for the next day. They did come the next day, albeit 45 minutes late. While doing the installation, they asked me if I'd mind going to Lowe's or Home Depot to pick up a part they forgot. It was a very cheap part, ($3 and some change) but REALLY??? You ask the customer to run for your part and have him pay for it?? Very unprofessional. When the time came for the bill, I asked for the 10% senior citizens' discount as stated on Angie's List site. Tyson had a problem with that, so called his boss, John. John said that Angie's list can put anything on there and I should have done more research!!! Ha!! WOW!! In the end, John did take off $100 which made the total $2400 instead of $2500. (Still over priced) Finally, there was mud and water tracked all over the laundry room. They made no apologies or attempts to clean it up, so I did. I think that was very disrespectful. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

He was delayed, but phoned to let us know he'd be later than originally intended. When he arrived, he was courteous and efficient, completing his work with minimal disruption.

The Spring Check of our Unit went very well, as expected.

I called to have my disposal replaced. I was given several options of varying prices of disposals/installation and labor only if I provided the part. My appointment was set for several days away since they were busy, although I was told if an opening came up they would call me. The next day I got a call and they were able to come that afternoon. After the disposal was installed, very cleanly and quickly, I asked Tyson if he would look at my outside spigot that was leaking. He showed me what was wrong and said he could fix it right then if I wanted. I was very happy with the work that was completed and wouldn't hesitate to call then again.

Workers were at my door within the hour and had the work done very quickly. Friendly and helpful.

they identified the leak as coming from the water softener so had to refer me to that company - but in the past they have saved me during broken water pipes, overflowing attic heat pumps, etc. have used them for years and will never change my loyalty!

I use them for both my homes. They are very good. I've used them for the last 10 years.

The price is fair. They are always very polite. They are very thorough and very honest. If it doesn't need to be done, they are not going to force us to do it. They'll make suggestions and let us think about how we want to handle the situation. They are very pleasant and polite. They are always on time. They do get very busy some times. They try to help us out as fast as they can and as promptly as they can. The price is reasonable.

My water heater let go on Tuesday. I had two estimates that day. On Wednesday Tyson came out and gave me an estimate on replacing a direct vent water heater which was at least 1000.00 cheaper than other two estimates. He only included the water heater extras that I needed (expansion tank, 1 valve), unlike the 2 other estimates. It took a day to acquire the water heater because it was a direct vent type. He came out to replace the water heater on Friday It did take about an hour more than the he estimated, due to the the fact that my basement was finished and the water heater was in a small closet. He and his helper were very pleasent and took care not to dirty the floors (it had rained the day before). Thank you Tyson and helper!

It went well. we called, they came, had replacement on truck and installed. Cost was less than estimate.

The owner John Duvall came to repair leaks in the drain pipes under my kitchen sink. I call Duvall after another highly rated Angielist plumber failed to repair the leaks during three visits. Duvall replaced all the drain pipes for the double sink. They repaired the leaks in one visit what that was not done by the other plumber in three visits. Excellent work.

Duvall came out an provided an estimate for a new furnace/AC unit. We compared with Sears and Sears was more expensive with a lower rated unit. We called Duvall back and gave them the work. They showed up on time and did a professional installation. It took 2 half days to complete the work and the Duvall team was polite , fast and professional.
