Drying Tech

I very carelessly let our upstairs laundry room sink overflow in our 6 month old home, and it soaked through all the way to our basement. We were absolutely panicked when we called Al and his team (at 10pm!), and the were beyond fantastic from start to finish. They came out within an hour of us calling, and Al let us know in detail what he thought we should do. We decided against working with insurance to avoid a premium increase, and Al was very understanding of our decision. He worked with us on a solution that avoided having to rip out flooring and tons of drywall, and it worked beautifully. Al was in constant communication with us throughout the 3-day process, which helped put us at ease. He and the team were always prompt (they came to our house 3 times over the 3 days) and very professional. We were so surprised when they took their equipment away, because they mopped the floors! We fully expected to have to put everything back ourselves and clean, so that was very much appreciated. My husband and I would hands-down recommend this company to anyone who is in need of water remediation services.

I did shop around to others in the area (including some of the large companies in the area), who were trying to pad the numbers and price with "overkill" add-on services. The salesperson from this company was very honest and explained what was necessary to remediate the mold problem and was focused on solving the problem, not just trying to pad the numbers or make a sale. The team was punctual and worked fast. This my new go-to resource if I ever have a similar problem.

I am the owner of a property management company and have used Drying Tech many times. Their service and attention to detail is second to none. They consistently go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Mold is a health hazard and can not be taken lightly in my business. I rely on Drying Tech because over the years they have earned my trust. They react quickly to emergencies and are always reliable and reasonably priced. They not only remediate Mold and water damage but they are solution finders and look to solve problems to prevent re-occurrence. I have used several larger companies prior to working with Drying Tech, but they do not come near to the level of service Al, Steve, Kevin, and Salena provide. Just the best!

I really appreciated working with Drying Tech. Al was very knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. I felt very much like he was looking out for us. He was very good about explaining what he was doing, and even spotted an issue in the drywall unrelated to the mold. I highly recommend them.

Drying Tech worked with our roofer and showed up just as the old roof was being removed. They found that our insulation was ok. They found evidence that the ceiling drywall had water stains on the roof side of the drywall but that it was 100% dry. Just in case, they treated all the dry wall with a mold and mildew resistant chemical. That allowed our roofing company to finish the roof. They also came inside our living room and completely cleaned our ceiling and treated the ceiling, on the inside, with the same mold and mildew resistant chemical. That moved all of our living room furniture and replaced it just as we had it when they cleaned the ceiling. Their cleaning removed all the discoloring that we had. They said we could paint the ceiling any time we wanted. We ar great full that they worked so closely with our roofer and allowed them to keep on schedule. They were exceptionally professional.
