They repaired the water heater rather than replace it for $2000, the estimate from other providers. They are looking to build business rather than gouge one customer. Dan said he was looking to earn the position of being my plumber. He said if it failed within 30 days, he'd credit the repair cost against future work. When you're 1700 miles away, the honesty is most appreciated. And it was a night time service call to accommodate the occupants schedule.
