Description of Work: A gentleman visited our home and told us he would get us a landscaping plan. In the nine months since then we have reached out to him only to be told he has just been too busy to get around to it. So as of now we paid a guy to walk around our property and not much else. Hardly what I would call good value for money.

Description of Work: I have a low lying section of property that is getting flooded from run off at my neighbors house. We are trying to find a solution. I am waiting for a written bid to install drain boxes along my side of the property line. This is to keep our land from sinking deeper and moving towards my driveway and house.

Description of Work: They never provided a plan despite several promises to do so. I'll never by an Angie's list "deal" again. The vendors become over subscribed, cannot deliver, and refuse to refund the money - they claim Angie is pocketing the full amount. A total scam.

From cutting the lawn every year to annual Spring and Fall Clean-ups to projects replacing aging wood retaining walls with beautiful stacked stone to new landscaping. A pleasure to deal with, from the owner on down the line. Their employees love what they do and take great pride in their work. Work is done as described and on time as weather allows. We continue to be very pleased customers and highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Signed up for a garden plan and evaluation. Has been over a month now and no plan has been received. Have called service a few times and have been told he is "very busy" and will provide a plan and evaluation as soon as possible. I trust they know that a plan provided this fall is too late.

Description of Work: The provider called me to schedule the landscape evaluation/estimate. He showed up and immediately said to me that Angie's List pushed him into offering the big deal and he's had 70 customers purchase and he did not know how to accommodate and that he would provide my landscape design plan as proposed in the big deal, "when he gets around to it". Moreover, I was told even if I wanted to go with his design/estimate that he's too busy to perform the work within a reasonable period of time. That appointment was March 30 and I have not heard from him since. He basically showed up to tell me he didn't want my business. I paid for absolutely nothing.

I think through the worst people in the world. when I wanted my lawn done they never even responded. they never called me they never came by |the house they never did anything. so please give them the message don't ever respond to me ever. you suck. when I needed help to cut my grass and do the |trimming in my yard you never responded or email back . you could at least came by my house or called me but you never did. yes I did leave messages yes I did email. so please don't ever call or respond to me again. I am very upset with you people. Angie's List tell these people don't ever call me I am very upset with them. Angie's List you told me these people were good you were wrong. Description of Work: I called to get a free estimate on mowing my 6 acre lawn. He looked at his GPS satellite system and gave me an estimate which he said was a little high and I could probably do better. It turned out that I could, but I will keep this company in reserve since their price as a little high, but not unreasonable. Scot was very nice to talk with, very professional.

Description of Work: This company mowed my mother's lawn all summer. They are very nice, dependable, I will use them again next summer. $65 is for a very large yard!
