Description of Work: The company did not respond within 24 hours of my order. Then I noticed my credit card was charged four times for one deal offer of $99 via paypal which I did not authorize. When the company talked to me, he asked me what tree I wanted to remove and I told him it is an Elm tree. He said he could not cut that kind of trees at this time as it will cause tree diseases. He advised me to return to Angie List for cancellation and refund.

Description of Work: called them up. they said they're very busy but would try to fit the work in. Finally spoke with them today and they said they would be too busy during the next month to get the work done. so we agreed to cancel.
