I have been happy with them. He did it the same day. He scheduled the removing of the firewood a day later. They wanted it for fire wood and so they moved it across the street.

I purchased two coupons from CleanCut Tree Services with a deal for $99 for $200 worth of work. The ad actively encouraged people to buy two coupons for the same job, which I did. But when I went to the service provider to do the job, he refused to take two coupons. He advised me to contact you to get a refund on one of the coupons which wasn't used. We had a Bradford Pear tree split in a storm, and three additional pear trees that were too tall and also threatening to split. Mark and his crew were great-- they removed the storm damaged limb and topped the rest of the pear trees to remove any further threat. Their attention to detail was awesome. They worked to avoid impacting the surrounding terrain and fence, and the clean-up was perfect. Can't go wrong with these guys.

Good service and I would recommend them. The main job was to fix the leaning trees which had grown too big and were damaged by storm. They were able to fix both the tree and add supports to straighten them. Good job and good services. The only part they could have done is trim them a bit better.

We were very happy with the service that we got. The were on time and very professional. The price was great in fact they should have charged more. We had them take down 4 trees. One of the 4 had to be dropped between 2 houses and a power line.

I sent an email to the service informing them what i would like done. I received an email back asking for my email address and phone number, so they could send " a proposed time for the estimate". This was on the 14th of Apr. I have not heard from since. The overall rating of D is due to the fact they did respond once.

I had used Mark and his crew before to grind down some stumps in my backyard. I liked the work that they did and wanted someone I could trust to do some additional work. Mark and his crew removed ten trees ranging from 25'-45' high, ground all resulting stumps They even ground some stumps remaining from trees that were cut down by the previous owner. They wrapped up the job by hauling away all the resulting debris. Oh and they also removed a decayed limb from one of the trees that I didn't have cut down. I highly recommend Mark and his team. They are professionals who do the job the right way. I'm very pleased and will use them again.

It was very good. They came out, they looked at what needed to be done, and they listened to both my husband and me and worked for a compromise to cut the trees. I wouldn’t have any problems using them again. It was a fair price. They did a good job. They were professional and they were very friendly. There were no problems with coordinating a time or anything. The only thing was that I would have wanted to get an estimate before buying the coupon so I would have known what the final charge was. I don’t know if they do things like that or if deals work that way. Otherwise, they were fine. It was $99 for $200 worth of tree service and we paid another $250. They were very professional. My husband wanted a lot more cut and I wanted less, so they kind of compromised, and that was good. They were very responsive. They showed up right when they said they wood.

Came to cut some trees. One was very close to my screened in porch, it was providing shade to the porch but got too big. They climbed the tree and cut it piece by piece to avoid the porch. They then took down two other trees, did a great job. I had a little side task, one tree had a poison ivy vine going about 50 feet high all the way to the top. They got that down and put it in the chipper, best site of my life. Great guys.

They were awesome, very respectful and knowledgeable. I wasn't able to be there when they did the service but it was done perfectly fine for me and they followed up with a phone call so it was very professional. I'd recommend them. My yard looked wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this company if people are in need of tree or yard service. It was very easy and that's what I look for whenever I look up providers for getting things done.

Very well. He was very professional and responsive. He offered suggestions for other areas of improvement in the yard (I had inquired), but there was no "pressure to buy." I will be requesting his tree-removal services again soon.

He noticed some other ones he thought would be a danger to the house eventually and cut them down for me too (free of charge!) Came on time, was professional, fast and efficient!

I wanted the tree crowned or trimmed more extensively than what was provided. The service person disagreed with that request. Not good explanation as to why.

They said the work was a little more and they were going to charge a little more and I said alright. They said they were going to give a call to arrange it. 6-7 weeks passed by and I still had not heard from them.

They took time to figure out exactly how to cut and rig the branches so as NOT to hit the house....and they didn't. Neighbors down the street used a less expensive tree service that wasn't licensed and had parts of the trees hit their homes. I would HIGHLY recommend using Cleancut tree services. The only downside is that they were so popular that it took a little longer to schedule them than expected. Mark called to keep me updated on how the jobs in front of mine were going and to get our days scheduled. All the brush was cleaned up and removed. His guys even cut up the larger branches for firewood and stacked them on our woodpile. He had an arborist on the job and I was highly impressed.

I have never hired someone to trim a tree, so I don't know how much is a fair price. I bought a $99 coupon (for $200 worth of services) without an estimate. I was tired of having leaves fall into my yard from branches hanging over onto my property. The day the trimming was done, CleanCut used an extra long trimmer and climbed on top of my fence (good thing the fence was built sturdy). The owner stood on top of my fence trimming the tree. CleanCut did not use any special equipment to reach the branches that needed trimming. CleanCut charged me an extra $50. Owner told me I owed extra because he brought 2 other guys. 1 of those guys cleaned up the fallen leaves from my backyard (much appreciated) and the other guy guided the owner in what branches were hanging over my fence ensuring the neighbor's tree cut too much. The branches were not huge -- pretty small by tree standards. CleanCut did take away the leaves and the trimmed branches. CleanCut did respond right away once I purchased the coupon. It did take over 30 days from coupon purchase to performing the service. Part of the delay was my fault-- no problem there.

It went very well. They did a very nice job. They did the job. They were efficient and cleaned up before they left. They listened to what I said about how I wanted the tree trimmed and the tree looks great. The price is fair.

We used Clean Cut previously to remove a small and medium-sized tree from our yard. Mark was professional, knowledgeable and well-priced, so we asked him for a quote to do needed pruning on a cherry blossom tree in our front yard. Mark recommended we cut two large sections of the tree for the long-term, but we asked for a shorter-term fix since we plan to sell in the near future. He recommended some smaller cuts to keep the tree from the home -- all of which he was able to take care of right away in about an hour. Mark clearly knows a lot about trees and did a great job. I'm thinking about using Clear Cut again for the trees around our new house.

They arrived late, so I wasn't able to see what they did and understand it - how they were going to trim the tree. It seems to me that the tree is well trimmed, so I'm satisfied. They apologized for being late.

They did a good job. Pleased with the results of the pruning and clean up. There was a struggle in getting the service scheduled due to weather and glitches but once the final date was established they did well.
