+ -1 moreWe needed to do this for a while because we have a few children. They came on time and got right to work. They did a wonderful job and the carpets looked like they were new again.
Description of Work: They cleaned the downstairs carpets and removed all the stains from them in our home.

+ -1 moreThey got the stain out of my daughter's bedroom. I think they used a machine that was too high powered because they ripped our carpet in our hallway. The guy said he could repair it. We had some extra carpet that matched so he cut a hole out of our carpet and put a new piece in. Now our carpet buckles and you can see where he tried to patch it.
Description of Work: I had them take out a stain in our upstairs hallway and in our daughter's bedroom.
