We needed to do this for a while because we have a few children. They came on time and got right to work. They did a wonderful job and the carpets looked like they were new again.

They got the stain out of my daughter's bedroom. I think they used a machine that was too high powered because they ripped our carpet in our hallway. The guy said he could repair it. We had some extra carpet that matched so he cut a hole out of our carpet and put a new piece in. Now our carpet buckles and you can see where he tried to patch it.
