Description of Work: The correct answer to whether I would use this provider in the future should be "Maybe." I've used CertaPro in the past when the territory belonged to a different franchise owner, and was absolutly pleased with original and follow-on work. But sometime in last couple years, ownership changed and so did their communications. This work was originally scheduled for March than rescheduled to April 17, than delayed again to April 24. Work on April 24 was reconfirmed Monday April 20, and I was provided a time to expect the crew early in the morning of 4/24. When they did not show, an additional inquiry discovered that that they wouldn't be able to do the work until 4/27! I was purposely home on 4/24 for the work and couldn't take off again on the 27th. The owner called and appologized for the communication breakdown and indicated other work delays resulted in my work being delayed. That day I found another contractor who could do the work the following Friday at a lower cost and canceled CertaPro. Perhaps when CertaPro is slower (winter, interior work) or if the project is larger, shedules would hold better.

Description of Work: We had the entire inside of the house painted. This included: 3 bedrooms to include ceilings, 2.5 bathrooms including ceilings, removed wallpaper in upstairs landing area, repaired walls and painted. First floor: kitchen, family room, living room and dining room all painted and include ceilings. All nail pops, dents and other prep work was completed prior to painting. Outside: cleaned all siding, shutters, prepped areas, caulked and then painted entire house. The estimate was very detailed to include all specifics to be done and a complete timeframe to include plan with completion estimates. The crew was extremely punctual and reviewed what was done each day and the plan for the next day. It was a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to recommend the entire group to anyone to use. It was a pleasure to come home each day and see the progress that had been made. The crew leader checked in every morning and we reviewed each evening what had been done each to ensure the completed work met our expectations. The entire project went according to plan as it was outlined in our estimate process.

Description of Work: Painting our large kitchen, two-story entry and upstairs hallway, large basement, and then our outside trim and stain our deck. They covered the furniture and floors, prepped the walls ahead, then used two coats to cover. They arrived on time every morning and left about the same time each day, completely cleaning up after themselves every day.

The painter was very professional, he had an array of swatches and together we picked the color that matched the door as closely as possible. He painted all the shutters alone and was very neat in the project.

Description of Work: Have had these folks to paint inside and outside of our home. Both jobs have been very good. When they painted the outside, they first power washed the house then caulked and painted. When they packed up and left I thought they were all done, but that evening I got a call from Mr. Van Lear who told me they were supposed to put two coats of paint on the house. He apologized for remission and the next morning his folks were back and added the second coat. The date is just a guess--I no longer remember the exact date. We will use them again.
