We have purchased carpeting from here in the past, but our recent experience was great. Tony's professionalism, knowledge of both products and installation processes, and guidance regarding design made this a great experience. Both carpet and tarket flooring installers excellent and detail oriented in their work. We have had numerous compliments and have recommended this company and Tony specifically to each of them.

Alex at Carpet Royal in Manassas was very helpful to me when I was trying to pick out new carpet for our house. I told him what I needed and he showed me the options. I needed to get the carpet as soon as possible and he came right out to the house and measured. His installers came with the new carpet within 4 business days. Installers were on time, polite, and professional. The new carpet looked beautiful when they left.

Bob - Carpet Royal and Rug was a pleasure to work with. Bob gave us a very competitive price on 1000 sq ft of solid hardwood - Homerwood, 5 inch wide planks, Hickory Saddle Smooth and installation - which, included moving of furniture and all additional materials. Note - Homerwood is not cheap, but worth every penny - looks absolutely stunning! Workers showed up on time and did a great job removing old carpet and hardwood. New installation took two days and was professionally done. Clean-up, which was minimal was also thoroughly completed. Thanks again Bob!

Felix was the installer and he arrived early to start and went right to work . He worked all day and did an amazing job , he also was very professional . I never knew that vinyl sheeting could look so like wood, but it is much more dorable .I have 3 dogs and using wood was not an option , I wanted something I could use my steamer on to sanitize , I could not be happy !

Alex, from Carpet Royal, was very knowledgeable about the types of carpeting and what might best serve our needs. After my initial contact in the store, Alex was able to come to our home that same day, bringing some carpet samples that we had chosen. He measured the space and gave me the final cost. There was some concern about doors needing to be cut down so that they would move freely over the new carpeting and Alex was able to arrange for one of his workmen to cut the doors on the day of the install for a nominal fee which was very helpful. The installers arrived on time on the day scheduled, did a great job and we are very satisfied with our new carpet. This is the second time we have used this company- they re-carpeted the upstairs of our home a number of years ago. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for new carpeting.

f Went to showroom and chose carpet. They came out to house promptly at agreed time and date to get measurements and finalize price. Came to install on agreed time and date. Only glitch was not really a glitch- Boss showed us a half circle piece of sheeting by store's door and said we could have installation like that. When workers came to house, they said they could not install that well, and strongly suggested we let them just install a rectangle. On the balance side of that is that we got a much larger piece of vinyl for the same price. The carpet was laid the old fashion way, powered by knee, and so far so good. The crew was very professional, and took care to put all furniture back the way they found it. I liked that we were not dissuaded from doing what we wanted- eg- multi colored carpet, vinyl by the door. Other places told us our ideas were wrong.

I went to the show room in manassas to look at samples and discuss pricing. My wife and I spoke with Bob who was very helpful and answered all of our questions.We decided to go with a more expensive carpet but Bob was willing to work with us on the price and gave us what I feel was a pretty good deal considering what the original price was compared to what we ended up paying. I understand that it is marked up and the salesman have wiggle room but he dropped the price and honored a 10% discount I kind of thru in last minute. We also chose a cheaper linoleum for the back room of the basement which is the laundry room and storage area and were given a really good deal. This was something they had in their showroom and didn't have to order so they are very flexible with flooring that they have in-stock. My only minor complaint (if you want to call it that) was a minor lack of communication on the delay of the carpet after it was ordered. So the carpet had to be ordered and typically they tell you it takes around 5 business days to come in, however due to us ordering the carpet the week before Christmas we were told it would probably be an additional 3 or 4 days, which we weren't concerned about. For what ever reason the carpet was delayed an additional week which wasn't a big deal but rather than them calling us to let me know I had to contact them to find out it was delayed. Again, this wasn't that big of a deal but we should have been notified once the delay was discovered. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with it being the week between Christmas and New Years. Once the carpet arrived Bob scheduled the installation to fit our schedule and the installers arrived on time and the job was completed under the 5 hours the man quoted me at. I am very happy with the carpet and quality of work that went in to installing the carpet and the linoleum.

FOLLOW-UP:The ceramic/porcelain tile floor was installed on 31 July and finished on 01 August. When the time came to relocate the refrigerator, they moved it without a scratch. The flooring seams along our new cabinets are as close to perfect as you can get. The floor looks beautiful and is as solid as a rock. The job included new flooring in a pantry and small laundry room. We are very happy with the work, the price and the floor.

From beginning to end, I was pleased.

The company sent 2 workmen as I had furniture that needed to be moved to perform the work. They were early. They did a great job. The price was fair. They were polite, they vacuumed the area after they were done, and they put the furniture back the way it was. I was very pleased with their work and would use them again. The carpet looks good now.

We stopped by the shop to discuss our needs and they came out for an estimate the same day. On the actual day of the job, they got to our house early - at around 7:30am and were done by noon! We couldn't believe how fast the job went. They worked efficiently and professionally. We were especially impressed with how they moved our furniture to get the job done - it was completely hassle free for us, which we really appreciated. They did a wonderful job and we would surely hire them for our other flooring projects. The price was great too!

I love them; they are great. The guy, Alex, who runs it, is a wonderful man. He really cares about the customers and wants to make sure he does a good job. He calls and comes over to make sure everything works. He wants to keep customers for life and I am using him all the time now.

I had a house rented out and had to carpet the kitchen and living room. The work turned out beautiful. They did a good job. They did the whole thing in one day and the quality of the product was excellent. They cleaned up after the work. The price was reasonable.

It was a reasonable price. They were efficient, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. I was happy with them.

They were sensational. They were professional, provided more service than was required, thorough, and especially careful. I have massive furniture and they moved it and put it back with no problems. I would highly recommend them.
