Good price and provided very good job. The person was very receptive in setting up an appointment . We were able to do everything online. They responded almost immediately to my questions. The guy who came out took the time to explain to me what needs to be done.

Absolutely incredible. We are so satisfied with Callan's stain and sealing of our deck. We had researched a number of "pros" and Callan came up the top every time. They did not disappoint and we will be contracting them for other projects. I highly recommend them =!

Pristine services did a fabulous job at a great price. Our deck was extremely dirty and the technician spent a couple of hours cleaning it. When he was done, the deck looked brand new. We didn't even think it was possible. Would absolutely recommend and plan on using them again in the future.

The requested services were done professionally at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Plastic was placed over the housing siding to guard against any possible overspray. The deck looks great! Thanks Brian and crew.

I first used Pristine Services in 2014 and have hired them every year since. Brian, the owner, is a pleasure to work with. He is personable, professional, and reasonably priced. I was so impressed that I sent a blast out to everyone I know recommending his services. I prefer word of mouth referrals and so do most friends. Plus I like supporting small businesses. The cleaning was done first, then bad weather conditions seemed to plague the completion of the project for a couple of weeks...but Brian kept in touch regularly to let me know that he had not forgotten and that he would be back to do the painting as soon as he had a couple of days of sunshine (for the deck to dry and for the paint to have time to dry before the next set of showers).  When they came back to paint, they did have to clean the deck again because of debris from the trees - they did that at no charge.  They did not accept any money from me until the entire project had been completed and I was totally happy.  I LOVE this service and asked Brian to please put me on his list to reach back to me in 2 years!

Brian couldn't have been more responsive. He gave me a full estimate with options for clear sealant, colored sealant, and no sealant, all of which were fair. The fence and deck were cleaned to the gleaming new wood (there was algae on the fence), the siding sparkles, and I (and my HOA) am happy. Because of the constant spring rain, it was difficult to find a 2-day period of dry weather to get the sealant on after stripping the deck, but Brian worked over a weekend to do so. With a ladder and mobile equipment, the only thing I needed to do to prepare was turn on the water. Brian and his crew moved items and returned them to gain access to all the nooks and crannies, and even used plastic to cover the color-treated concrete patio, below. Other neighbors were so impressed that they way-laid him to get estimates when he was trying to leave! I highly recommend Pristine, and will use them in the future.

They did an awesome job.  I wasn't home when any of the services were done.  I'm am very pleased with their work.  They cleaned up and were very neat.

Everyone said it was better to just do the power washing myself but after working with Brian and Pristine Services I couldn't disagree more. They were very responsive and easy to work with and schedule. Very very happy with the finished product and highly recommend.

These guys were referred to me by 2 of my neighbors and I am glad I called them. Their quote was significantly lower than other quotes I had got for washing our deck and house as well as sealing our deck. We had some family coming into town and needed the cleaning and staining done very quickly before everyone came. They came out on a Saturday morning to stain the deck so that it would be dry and ready for use by Sunday afternoon for our event. The whole experience from start to finish was a pleasure. We have never received so many compliments on how good our home looks! We will be having Pristine come back in the fall to clean all of our carpeting inside as well. The staff was courteous and polite and they showed up when they were supposed to and the quality of work is superb. we are 100% satisfied and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Pleasantly surprised ! After my previous not so stellar review of their services/ Pristine came back out to my house and replaced gutter drain , some lawn ornaments and cleaned up the leaf debris left behind from their power washing. Being a senior citizen who works long hours sometimes makes it difficult to "fix" things timely - so appreciate the return effort to make things right ! I believe I would use them again - they just need to communicate what needs to be moved - because I did not remember getting that information the two times I called to schedule the cleaning.

We hired Pristine Services to do a final carpet cleaning for a move-out clean. The price was VERY fair for a 2 level condo.
Brian called to communicate they were running a bit behind, which actually worked out perfect because we were running behind due to traffic ourselves, but nonetheless he very professional and I appreciated the phone call.
They came in surveyed the area, hooked up the machine and began to work immediately. Extremely professional and also very knowledgeable about stain removal. Brian and Ryan were a great team and were very accommodating, as we had some last minute items to finish in the kitchen while they were cleaning.
Quick, clean and professional, definitely will use them in the new house!

Pristine offered a great deal on Living Social so I had my house power washed. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to family and friends. They did a great job and are now coming back to power wash and stain my deck. Professional, thorough, and reasonably priced ... most definitely keeping their contact info.

They're very good and it was great. They take a lot that has a shady side and got green. They've got it all. They were prompt, they get the schedule and it was a deal.

Had service scheduled for Friday or Saturday. Due to the torrential rains last week, they were not backed up with other customers and not able to come (but I had already moved all the lawn furniture into my townhouse. Brian Callan was so apologetic that he came over on Sunday and did the work and washed the front of the house and steps free of charge. He was professional, very kind and accommodating, and did a wonderful job. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

Communication by phone and email was outstanding. Brian always responded to my emails within a day and returned phone calls within a few hours.

The house had mold and porch covered with cobwebs. It's a great feeling coming home from work to a squeaky clean house.

Brian arrived on time, moved all furniture, pre-treated pet stains (which were old) and cleaned the carpets. He did an excellent job, was very professional and all furnishings were returned to their proper places. I have used this company in the past for siding, walkway and gutter cleaning, I have never been disappointed! I have recommended them to family. Pristine did my parents home, cleaned siding and deck, also stained decking. My parents were so pleased! Its hard to find a company that still takes pride in doing a great job, at an affordable price, and is professional; Pristine is all three!

Terrific.  I can't say enought about Brian's work ethic!  He is punctual, professional, performs quality work and never leaves anything behind that I have to clean-up.  It's a breath of fresh air to see someone take such pride in what they do.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pristine and Brian!
