Noticed my heat wasn’t kicking on. They got here within 30 mins. Was a small fix, had it running within minutes. Will be using again!

This is an outstanding company and with several rentals you can bet they would be the first I would call they were efficient, on time and corrected the problem at a reasonable price. They fixed the Natural gas boiler and did it on very a shot notice when it was really cold. That is going the extra mile which you don't often see anymore.

Snafu with Homeadivsor.com scheduling confirmed requested appointment time, but the time communicated to him was different. Very accommodating and responsive when I inquired after the appointment was missed. Very honest and offered alternative solutions and fixed the issue quickly...

Very honest! After having a previous serviceman tell me that I needed to spend $800, Kenny let me know that everything was working fine, made a few adjustments and everything is now working perfectly! I cannot recommend them more.

We shopped for about a year to decide exactly what we needed to replace our HVAC. Dan came out and gave us a rundown of what Patriot could do, plus plenty of options. One thing that we didn't like about other contractors was the pushing of a single brand. Patriot installs several brands, and we were given lots of information about the pros and cons of each. Price-wise they came in about average, but we felt they were far more attentive to what we needed and they were willing to deal with us. When the job was done, the thermostat failed and they replaced it immediately.
