Customer service was awesome they sent someone on time and contacted me quickly I was disappointed that the service provider could not help me program the thermostat which I thought should be a vital part of the service.

The two service techs immediately put on protective covers for their shoes before stepping in my door. They listened to what I needed, and provided exactly that. There were no unnecessary up-sells, no BS, just really good service at an extremely fair price. I would absolutely hire these guys again.

the value of getting at least 3 estimates/bids.In my case it was $3k/6k/8K--for virtually identical work,and BVSM demonstrated the value of a smaller company that really cares about their work and customer. More attention to detail and contact with customer during the job. Highly recommend them
