Description of Work: Brigitte made a shower curtain and window covering for my bathroom. She helped me decide on a the type of window covering that would best fit my window and bathroom design. She also advised me on how she could make my shower curtain for less. Her husband completes the service by installing and hanging everything. This is the second time I have used her service and plan to use her again in the future.

 + -1 moreBrigitte is an artist with a needle and sewing machine. I have never seen anything to compare with the valances she made for me - they are so beautiful that I nearly cried when they were installed - I do not exaggerate. While her services are not inexpensive, the finished products are well worth the cost. Plus she is a delight to work with - calm, personable, and understanding. She took time with me during each visit to go through her portfolio so that I could see and decide on the particular styles that appeal to me. She also made a point of telling me that she and her husband stand behind their work and will remain on call to me should any issues arise. My whole experience with Brigitte has been so positive, and I will definitely use Brigitte's services again. I only wish I could give her an A+ grade as the her workmanship is unmatched.
Description of Work: In June 2011 my husband and I bought a 1968 bungalow which needed new window treatments. My [Angie's List] decorator recommended Brigitte who has worked with me now for over 6 months to produce custom valances for the living room and kitchen, custom window shades throughout the first floor rooms and custom bedding for the master bedroom. The delays in Brigitte's completing the various work resulted from my budget restrictions, and not Brigitte's timeliness in completing the project, which had to be done in stages to enable me to stay within my budget. Consequently Brigitte [or her husband Tim] has had to come to our house more than once to provide estimates and then later to deliver window treatments and bedding. Throughout these last months Brigitte has kept me informed at every step of the way and patiently worked within my schedule to complete each project stage.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. The service was delivered on time and as promised. Approximately 3 times since the shades were installed 4 years ago, i have had 3 small plastic parts break. The owner came immediately to fix and replace the parts at no charge to me.
Description of Work: I had wooden blinds put in all of my windows and 1 exterior door as well as a roman shade put on an interior glass door. (about 16 window and doors)
