Showed up on time with enough people to do the job and the tools needed to do the job. Performed the agreed-upon service, but hours later the upstairs unit was not working properly. They had to come back the next day to fix. We will be using them again, given their integrity and expertise.

Great front office staff and the same for the Technicians that cleaned our dryer ducts. Very good communication throughout the process. The price was a bit expensive but understandable as the Technicians jobs are very risky (tall houses with steep roofs required two Technicians).

We were told they needed the whole day n would be here at 8 am. We waited . Had no calls. Noonish we called n they came soon after. Within 3 hours they were done. Difficulty understanding one another due to Language difference. But work was good.
