It sank over the next two years -- actually, it listed, like a ship leaning at sea, and I asked the owner of the company to fix it. He said he would, but never did, and eventually reneged on the promise, claiming that some truck had been stolen and so he just could not get the men out to do the repair -- at eny time, ever. I had to find someone else to fix it, and spent several hundred dollars on the repair. In short, this builder does not stand by his work, and does deal with customers honestly. I strongly suggest avoiding at all costs.
