Blanca is very responsive. She is punctual, and does a thorough job of cleaning the house. She doesn't cut corners. Her rates are fair and competitive. We hope to use her services for a long time to come!

Did a very poor job of cleaning. To be honest I don't think they did any cleaning. To begin with they were finished cleaning a three level town house in just over an hour. The house was already cleaned but needed a professional cleaning to look great to show to prospective renter. I don't think that Blanca and her associate did any cleaning or very little cleaning. This was evident from a number of things that were not cleaned. The glass shower door was not cleaned, could still see the soap scum on it, nor was the shower cleaned. The stove and fridge needed cleaning. The hardwood floor needed cleaning could see that it was not cleaned was very dull and dusty. She said they mopped but it did not look like it was mopped. It seems that all they used was soft scrub period on everything that they did clean. When I saw the oven was not cleaned I asked to clean the oven and they used soft scrub She claimed that she could not removed paint that had dripped on the hardwood floors in the kitchen. I got it off myself in less than five minutes. Had to hire someone else to do what Blanca was suppose to do. Would not hire again and I suggest anyone reading this post do the same-do not hire Blanca. Very poor service -never hire again.

I was very happy with the Blancas Cleaning Services. I contacted Blanca when my contractor left our basement a mess after painting and installing new floors. Blancas Cleaning Services cleaned top to bottom and every corner of my basement. Blanca was very pleasant, professional, and easy to communicate with. The price was reasonable and I would not hesitate to use her service in the future for all my cleaning needs.

She was on time, pleasant, fully equipped, professional and did a wonderful job!! Happy to have her regularly.

Wonderfully well! Blanca was available on the date we requested and arrived on time. She and her team member were very pleasant and positive about pleasing their customer. They worked very hard and did a great job. Blanca even scrubbed my kitchen floor by hand at my request. I am looking forward to hiring them again, probably for monthly service.
