Blanca has been cleaning our home now for couple of years. She takes her time and does an outstanding job each time. Blanca brings her own supplies and her fees are very reasonable. From the bedrooms all the way down to the kitchen we are amazed how she gets things shining. I am so glad that we found Blanca! We can always count on her!

Blanca’s team has been cleaning my house for the past two years, they come every week and do a very good job. We have set a day when she comes and if she wants to change it (only happens if the day falls in a holiday) she contacts me in advanced and sets another date.

She has done a pretty good job for the cleaning service. It was a good experience. Coming to the house and cleaning, it seemed like everything is a hassle to ask them to do what's not included. Nothing was positive. Everything just seemed like it was a big hassle. They get in, get it done and get out. There's no sense of pride in making sure everything's perfect. She's very responsive. She emailed me right away. She worked with me on scheduling changes. She's very responsive. They were on time and they were communicative. They text if they're running late.

With short notice Blanca came out with her crew of 3 other ladies. I have a party at my house this weekend and didn't have time to clean. Quite honestly, I'm not the best at keeping up with my home and it has never been professionally cleaned in the 2 1/2 years I've lived here. Blanca showed up a little bit early, toured the home (she recommended and noticed things I didn't think to mention), gave me a quote, and a little more than 2 hours later my house was remarkably clean. She was true to her initial quote of $225 for the work. I'm planning to use her for monthly maintenance on the home to keep it in good shape. Very professional and very high quality.

Blanca was very professional and she and her team were very thorough but also very slow. To be fair, I have a big house - 4200 sf on the main floor, but based on my experience with other cleaners, I expected the 16 hours to be one "super clean" initial cleaning and at least half of the second "normal" cleaning. With Blanca, it didn't even cover the initial cleaning. They only completed the main floor and top floor and didn't even reach the basement and the 16 hours were not only used up, but they made me pay for another 4 or 5 hours! So if money is no object to you, I would highly recommend them. For me though, I had to go with someone else.

I had a house remodeling at the beginning. By the time I was ready to let them start cleaning, they said that l must be there and they can't tell me how long it is going to take. They never bothered to come in advance to give me an estimate either. I told them if I have the time watching them cleaning during business hours , I will just do it myself . Eventually I called and asked for refund.

Blanca responded quickly to our inquiry and we agreed to bi-weekly service. Her crew had a set day of the week that they came but their arrival time fluctuated some. All in all they did a pretty good job. We were satisfied with their service and never complained that they missed anything or didn't do a good job. Blanca cleaned for us for four or five months, receiving at least $300 monthly for her services. Our only problem came after the last visit. Although the cleaning crew usually consisted of 3 ladies, only two arrived on the last visit. We did not recognize one of the ladies and assumed this was her first time at our home. The ladies did a thorough job that day and finished up around 3:30 or 4:00 p.m. As we were cleaning up the dinner dishes that evening, we discovered that water was dripping through the ceiling into the basement directly under the kitchen sink. When I looked under the sink, water was spraying out of the faucet profusely when the faucet was on. The faucet stopped leaking when I turned off the water. I checked the faucet and it rotated freely well past the normal stop point. Since I had been home all day and used the sink to wash the breakfast dishes that morning, I knew there was no problem with the faucet prior to Blanca's crew cleaning that day. I assumed that the new lady didn't know that the faucet had a limited radius and she accidentally overstressed the o-rings in the faucet valve. At any rate, we immediately called Blanca and left a message on her voicemail about the problem. She caled back and said she spoke to her crew and they denied any damage to the faucet. We tried to explain to Blanca that we understood it might have been an accident and her employee may not have realized she had done anything wrong because the leak only occurred when the water was running. We told her we'd already called a plumber and had an appointment the next day to have the faucet replaced. At first Blanca said we'd stay in touch and if the repair wasn't much, she'd pay it out of her pocket. Otherwise, she'd turn it in on her insurance. We bought one of the most reasonably priced faucets we could find ($99 at Lowes) and the plumber charged us $205 for the install. We texted Blanca and told her the repair cost $300, but because her crew normally did a fine job and realizing it must have been an accident, we would "split the cost" of the repair with her. We suggested that the next time they came to our house, they could just clean as normal and not charge the regualr $150. We only asked that they be more careful next time. Blanca immediately became hostile, texting back and saying her ladies were 100% sure they did not do any damage and therefore, she would not cash the check we had already given her for that week, but they would not be back to clean our home any more. She insinuated the faucet might have been old and just worn out. We were pretty shocked at her reaction, given that we thought we were being very reasonable. Mind you, the kitchen faucet did not have a small drip, drip, drip leak in it -- it was a full-blown 1/4 inch stream of water that flowed from the bottom of the faucet when you turned the water on. We tried to expain to Blanca that we had never questioned any of her crew's work and after paying her literally hundreds of dollars in the past several months, we would not "cheat" her by trying to have her buy us a new faucet. She kept insisting that her crew was "100% sure they didn't break anything". We tried to explain that we were sure her ladies didn't intentionally do any damage, but accidents happen and her continued insistence that her crew didn't do any damage was akin to calling us liars. She essentially said by accepting liability for the damage she was calling her employees liars and given the choice she sided with her employees. She also said since we "accused her employees of damaging the faucet", the employees were not comfortable cleaning our home any longer. We agreed that if that were the case, it was probably best that we find another cleaning company. We told Blanca to go ahead and cash our last check for their services, but we would make sure we provided appropriate feedback regarding her philosophy on customer service. So to summarize, Blanca's Cleaning Service does an acceptable job cleaning. Her prices appear to be in-line with other companies and as long as you do not question their performance, they are more than happy to take your money. Beware if you expect excellent customer service though because apparently Blanca is not a disciple of the old addage, "the customer is always right". I'm not sure about Blanca's managerial skills either if she allows her employees to dicate her company's policy for her.

They were very good, provided services requested. Blanca came by herself to inspect the cleaning and anything i found that was not done correctly, she had them re-do.

Did an outstanding job despite a lot of things going on in the house on the same day. We have eight bathrooms and they cleaned them all to a sparkle. 4 women took 4 four hours and they worked hard the whole time. I did not think they could get it all done (hose was VERY dirty) but they did. And I have hired them for regular cleaning now because they are so good.

She is trustworthy, friendly, nice, and will work with you if you need to reschedule. She is very prompt and will notify you ahead of time to make any schedule changes from her end.
