Bianchi's Carpet Cleaning

It was a wonderful experience. I definitely will be using them again. They arrived early, setup very neatly and did a great job cleaning. I would highly recommend them.

Son Tony did the work. Called about 30 minutes before arrival - was right within the promised work timeframe. Went right to work pretreating carpets and then the steam treatment. Took about one hour from arrival to finish. Very professional - no mess, no fuss!

They are absolutely the best.  I would give them an "A+" on everything.  They were on time and efficient.  I had a tenant who had smoked so he provided a little extra work to get the smoke smell out of the carpet.

I have been a caregiver for my elderly mother up until very recently.  After I had put her in assistive living I had them come in and clean all my carpets.  I have area rugs and not carpets.  They did the area rugs and all the upholstered furniture.  I have oriental rugs and they did a fantastic job.  I would give them an A plus.  They are a father-son team and they are not cheap.  They are very expensive, but they use a slightly different process than what everybody else uses.  It is water, but they have a better extraction system so your carpets are not damp and I don’t feel like I am living with a wet dog.  Their extraction system takes out much more of the water which is of course is a lot better for antique oriental rugs which is what I have.  I would recommend them to others.  I paid $2500 for the whole house and it took two days.  They are on the high end but if you have specialty carpets.  I am retired Military, so I travelled the world and collected them.  With the quality and the antique carpets that I have I needed somebody that could do a really good job.  They did not disappoint me and it was worth the money.

I am a property manager and I am completely enamoured with Phil Bianchi. He is a truck man.  A truck man is totally different from the one who is running a portable cleaner. He is always reliable.   He is always on time. We have a system where he knows he knows the billing and he puts it on my credit card and I just deduct it from my owner’s money.   We have been together for a long time.   It is really good system.   I will continue to use him in the future.
