 + 0 moreThis is the third or fourth time I've used BHI and each time has been a great experience. They have done siding repair on a couple of occasions and other minor repairs as well. They are rsponsive, a good value, and very easy to communicate with by phone. At this point, i feel confident in calling them first when anything goes wrong in our rental house. The whole situation is made even better by the fact that we do all this by phone becuase we live several hundred miles from the rental house.
Description of Work: Got an emergency call from our renters that a leak which we thought had been fixed earlier was now getting worse. BHI fixed the leak and repaired the damaged drywall.

Description of Work: Originally found Bailey's Home Improvement when they left a flier with a roofing repair quote on my doorknob. I needed a half dozen shingles replaced, and some slipped siding reset and tacked down. They came out, inspected the property, provided a quote, and did the work quickly, neatly, and at a great price. You can't tell which shingles they replaced, because they blend in so well. I am passing their info on to my neighbor for her roof repairs.

 + -1 moreIndividual took $3000 and did not make any attempt to perform the work for which he was paid. We were able to receive a court judgment against him for the $3000 but he has yet to pay it back. He holds himself out to be a contractor but is not licensed in the State of Virginia and therefore not bonded or insured. Do not use this individual for work within your home!
Description of Work: Individual was given a $3000 deposit to perform work on October 3, 2006. Work was never started nor completed.
