Fixed the ground, installed GFCI in kitchen, and replaced defective outlets. Dan was fantastic! Worked efficiently and explained what needed to be done and walked me through it all at the end. Very happy with his work!

Sam and Dave were the technicians that did the work in my house. They were very professional and personable. They arrived on time and did everything I asked of them. Sam answered every question about the work and other electrical questions I had. I actually added extra work because of the willingness of Sam to help with my questions and concerns. Both technicians were friendly and we joked around a little while they were here. I wish the labor was a little less but other than that I'm very happy with this company and would hire them again.

Beacon demonstrated light levels of color temperatures of my lights. Extremely professional and friendly. Very pleasant to work with, answered all my questions readily, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything along the way. Ended the process by offering me a free 10 year warranty which I took.

Very well!! Milton came over Thursday to assess the requested jobs and quoted me a price. He and Danny arrived early Friday morning; Danny began with the counter lights in kitchen and Milton with the ceiling lights. My condo building is 60+ years old and the wall intended for the light switch for the ceiling lights turned out to be a bit of a problem, as the wall was concrete and load-bearing and he could not put a new light switch in flush with the wall, but he figured out a compromise that worked for me. He always made sure to involve me in any issues or questions (such as the intensity of the counter lights, or including a dimmer). I'm very happy now with the lighting in my small condo kitchen. And also with the "spot" lights over the bookcase. ALL of this was done in less than 4 hours, and that includes Milton popping out to go to an electrical supply store for some unexpected items. They did a nice clean-up job too. I will be sure to use Beacon again for any additional electrical work.

It went well, they came out the same day and the electrician, Sammy, who came out was excellent and was very thorough. When they provided the invoice they charged me a trip charge but Sammy called and they reversed it.

Beacon (Milton was the electrician they sent) was excellent. He was punctual, did excellent work, and went well beyond my expectations for customer service. Courteous, hard working, and highly professional, Milton was a perfectionist in his work. This ethos of strong customer service was also reflected by additional folks who worked for Beacon who set up the appointments and who checked back with me as part of their quality control efforts. I'd definitely use Beacon's service again.

It went great. Will and Adrein did an exceptional job. Will was very good at explaining everything that needed to be done and all the costs upfront. I was able to upgrade my electrical box instead of replacing it, which saved me a lot of money. I knew exactly what I was getting and the cost. I was especially grateful that no damage was done to my drywall while rewiring the new outlets and they went out of their way to place the outlet exactly where i wanted it for the microwave. At the last minute I added in replacing thirteen electrical receptacles and they also included it in the work done. The added ten year warranty on all the work done was insurance to me that the work was being done professionally. I would recommend them to anyone who needed electrical work done within their home!

Will, Andre and the team at Beacon Electricial were absolutely amazing. Before performing any work they supplied me with multiple repair options (basic, good, better, best) and to help me stay within budget. Will was incredibly patient and kind and explained everything that needed to happen in a way that made it easy to understand. He answered all of my questions and provided as much detail as I wanted to hear. Will also explained the process that they would use so that there would be no surprises when I walked through the door. Professional, courteous, prompt, competent, and fair. They have earned a customer for life, and my house is no longer a fire hazard!

After several other competitors did not show, I called Beacon and they came within the time scheduled. Nelson was very pleasant and reviewed all options before performing electrical work. I highly recommend Beacon and will use them again.

The electrician, Sam, was great! Knew what he was doing, did it quickly and was informative and friendly the whole time. Very friendly and helpful office/dispatch staff set up the appointment and confirmed it ahead of the visit. I am not normally willing to recommend anything to anyone, regardless of my personal experience, but I would make an exception for Beacon and give a glowing recommendation!

This is the second time we have used Beacon Electrical Services. Milton and Danny were our crew both times. They added recessed lighting to two rooms. They installed a smart switch in one of the rooms to minimize the need for re-wiring, which has the added benefit of being able to be set via an app. We really appreciate the thoughtful approach regarding placement of the lights. The function of two previously dark rooms has improved dramatically.

Mr Friday showed up within the timeframe. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I showed him the lamppost and he got to work. He quickly found the issue and replaced the part. I also asked him advice on some landscape lighting and he gave me some great advice on how to bump up the intensity of the light by buying LED bulbs instead, which I have done. While looking at the outdoor plug for the lighting he noticed that it was not protected from the elements. He ended up installing an entire new GFI plug (old plug rusted out) and a nice hinged plastic bubble thing over the top. He caulked it all off and everything works perfectly. I got a quote for some other stuff too. I would definitely hire Beacon again! Also want to give a shout out to the great office staff (Katie was one) who kept me updated with arrival times and for being very responsive to my questions!
