They were wonderful. They helped me plan it. Everybody that they used was great. They cleaned up after themselves. They gave me great assistance and ideas. It just turned out wonderful. They were on time and very timely. They did a great job. Everybody loves my kitchen. What stood out the most about them is the products that they offered and the suggestions that they gave. They were comparable with everybody else on pricing.

They were very professional, very reliable and did a good job. It took about 10 days to 2 weeks to complete the job.

Have not heard back since, now three days on.

Our house and kitchen was partially destroyed due to water damage and we needed to get new cabinets for the kitchen. We went to Ballsford Kitchens and initially they were very nice and we talked about schedule and they promised 5 weeks from the time we signed the contract. Remodeling of the house started on schedule and when it was time for the kitchen, they called and said sorry but the cabinets wont be in for a couple more weeks. REALLY!!!. We have been in a hotel for weeks now while the house is being remodeled. Finally after 3 more weeks they started on the installation and thats when it went to h***. They could remember what they were responsible for with regards to the plumbing because initially the construction and remodeling company removed the original cabinets and plumbing. They turned around and said they are not responsible for replacing the plumbing and that the other company will have to take care of it. The remodeling company then said it wasnt there responsibility. Should have the remodeling company do the plumbing because the day that Ballsford Kitchens was supposed to finish up, the owner while trying to turn the water off from the main line, broke the handle and snapped it off in place so when I came home...............surprise no water. I immediately called them and they said they never touched it...............really why wouldnt you if you are reinstalling the plumbing..................oh so I take it the flooring guys broke it right. The older gentlemen that owns the company but he sure as h*** doesnt run it. After speaking with him he said they would pay the 400.00 that I paid out of pocket to fix it and the wife who apparently wears the pants in that company turned right around and said my guys had nothing to do with the water line and they wouldnt pay. My wife lost it and that pretty much set the rest of the stage. Fine then I'll deduct it from what is left from the final payment. That changed the tune immediately. Workmanship was crap but fabrication and final product of the cabinet is the only thing we like. Customer service is absolutely horrible. If I would have pulled that crap in NYC they would have found me in the landfill. NEVER AGAIN

The kitchen is beautiful and the crew that did the installation was pleasant, polite, respectful and did a wonderful job. We were very happy with the outcome. Management at Ballsford Kitchens however was extremely difficult to work with and made this renovation an unpleasant experience. If you decide to use this company it is very important to remember that you are paying for it and that it is your renovation. We found that if there was something we wanted and management did not agree they did their best to try an talk you out of whatever it was.

they did an excellent job. I had an expecially difficult wood parquay floor that was glued down that had to come out and they did the job in two days. they layed thetile floor in the kitchen in one day and installed all the cabinets and other things in about 3 days. If we came up againt a problem they fixed it immediately to my satisfication and really worked with us to get what we wanted. I had difficulty getting the right type of kitchen window from a local home store and asked Paul if he could help. He obtained the proper type of window in one day and saved me hundreds of dollars in the process. After the job was completed and all the small details were finished they cleaned up like they had never been there. I just cann't say enough about how great they are. I will be using them again.
