Description of Work: We hired Atlantic Duct Cleaning to clean out our air ducts and dryer vent. We were referred to them by our HVAC maintenance service provider. They arrived about 30 minutes prior to our scheduled window but were willing to wait until we were ready for them. They did the service we hired them to do and also repaired a few issues that were spotted during the cleaning. One of our ducts leading to a vent was very loose and they taped it up for us, and also replaced a magnetic vent cover nearby with something more permanent. The dryer vent line was very old and they replaced that for us as well. All of the repairs were made at no extra charge. They left very little mess behind and the air really did feel fresher after the service was performed.

Description of Work: Crew arrived on time and was focused on work. Quality and care to not make a mess was as expected but not exceptional. Value for money was good and we will use Atlantic again.

Description of Work: We recently moved into a new house, and the previous owners had dogs, which kind of smelled when the a/c came on. We had Atlantic clean the ducts, which was fine, and they seem to be less smelly now. The way they do this is by basically putting a giant vacuum near your hvac unit then running a brush through your ducts. The only downside was that some of the gunk from the ducts came out of the vents, so there was a bunch of gross stuff floating around the house. It would've been nice to know that ahead of time, so we could put towels down on the bed or something.

Description of Work: For $495, I expected state of the art equipment such as before and after pictures of the duct. The service person had to take a picture of duct with his cell phone to check if the job was done! They were here barely two hours, so that $250 an hour for work done by dated equipment.

Description of Work: They were on time (might even have been early) and were courteous. They cleaned exactly what they were supposed to -- with one exception. In addition to a duct cleaning, I hired them to clean my dryer vent, which exits on the second floor of the house. While the team was here, they said they did not have a ladder that would allow them to reach the external vent (which has a bird cover on it) to clean all the lint that they pushed out of the vent. I had to call the office back and have a second crew come out to finish this -- I had to be home a second time. Despite this, I will still use Atlantic Duct again.

Description of Work: I just bought a large house with 2 A/C systems and Atlantic came to clean the ducts for the entire house. I was surprised when the technician walked me through every step of the process before they got started. I was even more surprised when they showed me everything that came out of the duct systems. Very professional, very friendly, up front and honest. Will definitely recommend them and use them again.

They described in detail what they would be doing, showed me what got cleaned out (yuck), and educated me on the difference between air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. I had recently had someone service my dryer so I thought I had a clean dryer vent. The Atlantic Duct folks checked it for me since a slow dryer initiated the call. Turns out I needed my dryer vent cleaned too. I was all set to schedule that for another day since they had already worked long & hard. They cheerfully cleaned my dryer vent then and there. I can't recommend Atlantic Duct Cleaning enough!

Description of Work: The two gentlemen that came to my house to clean my air ducts were exceptional. After they arrived at my house, I also asked if they would be able to clean my dryer vent as well, although I had not asked for that to be done initially. They were able to meet my needs.
