They were on time and prompt. I found them to be very courteous. Overall, they did a great job.

I have lived in my new house for about a month and was unsure about when the air ducts had last been cleaned, especially sine I suffer from allergies/asthma. I had the HVAC serviced and was told the ducts looked fine but I still wanted to be sure so I hired Atlantic. Everyone from the woman who took my first phone call to the two men who showed up to perform the service was polite, friendly, professional and courteous. They broke down the costs of cleaning and sanitizing two HVACs and even took 100 dollars off the cleaning price. They took the time to explain everything they did. They performed the work in the time frame they estimated. Turns out there was some dust and the cleaning and sanitizing was a good move on my part, not an overreaction. I always worry about cleaning the air ducts because I read somewhere that if it's not done right it can make things worse. I have no fears about Atlantic. They clearly know what they are doing. Plus, I had them clean my dryer vent (which was broken, as it turns out). I had not originally asked for that to be done but they did it and they fixed it and they were just awesome about it. I'll definitely be hiring them again when it comes time to have the ducts cleaned again.

We moved into our home not knowing if our ducts/dryer vent had ever been cleaned, and wanted to clean them as my husband has allergies. Everyone I dealt with at Atlantic was very professional and courteous, from the receptionist I scheduled the appointment with to the two guys who came by to do the cleaning. I feel good about having the cleaning done, especially after seeing all of the gunk that came out of our dryer vent! I will not hesitate to use Atlantic again.

Called Atlantic Duct Cleaning to see about having my duct work cleaned. Young lady that answered the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful. She got me an appointment for the next day!! I was not expecting to be accommodated so fast. The crew was supposed to arrive between 11:00 and 12:00. They called that morning around 10:00 and said they would be there in about half an hour. They actually arrived about 10:45. What a pleasant surprise for someone to actually be a little early for an appointment. I pointed out to the crew chief (Andy) that the return and register covers did not come off, because they were surrounded by wood base board trim. He said "not a problem". They cut a piece of cardboard and taped off the return. They brought in a huge vacuum. It was brought in thru the basement entrance and not thru the house which I really appreciated. They hooked up this very large vacuum hose to the furnace and started their procedure. Then they drilled some holes in the duct work and thru these holes they put a compressor hose with a brush on the end and proceeded to move it around so that it would knock off any dirt or debris that was clinging to the sides. All the while the vacuum was sucking up the dirt. Then they plugged the holes with rubber plugs. They went upstairs and used the compressor to blow out all the registers. After they were through they sprayed a chemical into the duct work that made it all smell good and sprayed the same thing into all of the rooms. (Like a fogger) This was supposed to get rid of the dog, and cigarette smell. It truly did the trick. Thank you to the crew which was Andy, Dulio and Rene. They were extremely polite and answered all my questions, no matter how many times I asked. I was extremely pleased with the whole process and would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again.

I just moved into my home and was pretty sure that the air ducts had never been cleaned. The services guys from Atlantic were very nice and seemed to confirm my suspicion that they were desperately in need of a professional cleaning. My HVAC system seems to be working much more efficiently. Pros - They did a very thorough job. They arrived on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous and put shoe protectors on immediately upon entering my house. Cons - They did not call the day before to confirm (this has become a pet peeve since I had one contractor show up a week early and let themselves into my house through a back door while I wasn't home.) The very heavy machinery they use has to be rolled into the house. Unfortunately it had to be located on top of brand new cork flooring and actually made a small tear. I wish they had used something to protect my floor from the hard edges of this machine. Also, the technicians barely spoke English and since I left my Spanish in high school, I had a difficult time asking them questions about the service...I did not want them using any biocides or chemicals. How do you ask that in Spanish? I don't think we were ever able to fully understand one another on this point.

Overall, they were very good. They were courteous. They wore booties on their shoes to avoid getting perpetually dirty. They cleaned all the mess up. I was happy with their service. Their price was okay; but considering the area, I was fine with it. They were a little bit late, when they gave me a one-hour window. Nothing will stop me from using them again. They had a discount and a special.

I decided to hire this air duct cleaning company after did some research online and on Angie's List. The reason is this company offered a very reasonable and competitive price. Different from some other companies which offer a flat rate no matter what kind of house you are in, Atlantic ADC provides discount to us because we are in a townhouse. Their staff arrived earlier than scheduled time. Instead of knocking our door, they waited outside until we opened the door. They were professional and very courteous . They finished everything in 3 hours. Surprisingly, when the crew left, another personnel (quality manager) from Atlantic ADC visited. He was here to check the work of his guys, and answered my questions. We were very satisfied. The only thing is that our air duct is not as dirty as we thought.

From when I called for information to the finished product I was very pleasantly surprised. All I had heard was horror stories about low teaser deals in coupons that were nowhere near the final price and that it was terribly messy with dust everywhere. I had been avoiding this for that reason. The work was as described, the price was as described, and as the woman I spoke to on the phone said, if it ends up being a mess they didn't do it right. Well they must have done it right because there was literally no mess. I would recommend.

Atlantic Duct Cleaning Inc. and their staff were pretty good. They came to my house 3 times and the men who came were knowledgeable and personable.

I had a very positive experience. They were forthright and never even tried to upsell anything. They said it's against their policy. I was quoted $400,which is their base lowest fee, but after I told them that my house was really small, they agreed to knock $50 off. The guys wore booties on their feet in my home out of courtsey. They were very polite and professional. Also, they were quick. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Everything went very well. This was my first experience with air duct cleaning. It's a mysterious service where you really can't measure what you get for your money because all the duct work is hidden behind walls. The townhouse that I bought is 40 years old and I could see piles of dust behind each air register so I figured this would be a good investment. The 2 man crew arrived on time and worked for several hours banging on all the duct work and blowing pressurized through it while a giant vacuum is hooked up to one end of the duct system. They were professional and polite. I don't have any more junk behind the registers and the giant collection of dust and dirt collected by the vacuum suggests that duct cleaning is probably a good idea every decade.

It was the first time the house ducts were cleaned since the house was built in the `60s. They came on time. It took them a bit longer because of the stuff in the ducts. The two technicians were great. Very professional. I'm very satisfied.

Overall, service was performed well. We had two men that came and performed work in a timely manner -- about 2.5 hours. They were clean and appeared to be thorough.

Great contractor. They were very responsive, easy to schedule, affordably priced, licensed and certified, and even arrived early. Yay! They were very understanding that I needed to see inside the duct outlets and were very professional. I would recommend them.

I called Atlantic Duct to have my ducts cleaned, as they had never been cleaned while I have been the home owner. They arrrived on time, cleaned the ducts and put everything back. The two-man crew was quiet, but answered my questions when I had them. In the end, I asked to see what came out and they showed me everything that had been removed. All in all, a very easy experience at a good price.

Atlantic did very well, was referred to me by another "A" grade Angies List member. They made a good first impression when called because the people I spoke to were knowledgeable, professional, and generally very nice. They answered my questions clearly and provided some nice Angie's List discounts up front. Their team showed up on time, did a good job, were very knowledgeable about the issues, and finished within a reasonable time. Their personnel were professional and respectful of my family at home. All in all a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company gave me great value for money. I would highly recommend this company for cleaning your furnace and dryer vent. I couldn't ask for better service. The three-man team of service professionals were on time, neat, organized, answered all my questions and were very efficient. I'm very pleased and satisfied with their services rendered.

Everything was perfect; the service Alfonso and Wilson provided went well beyond my expectation. Even though the attic temperature where Alfoso performed much of his work was 105 degrees, he took no shortcuts.

The work was done professionally. The two technicians were very thorough and careful to assure all ducts were cleaned, and we couldn't be happier. We will call on them again when needed.

Called to say they'd be two hours late. Otherwise, very satisfied with the service. They were professional and the job was done well. They even did their best not to wake our sleeping baby!

MEMBER FOLLOW UP 6/21/10 - Immediately after posting this review, I got a call from Tom Keys, the president of the company. I was blown away by his exceptional response to my complaint and I wanted to make sure it got added to my review. Tom Keys visited my home personally the next morning to listen to my complaint and look at my ducts. He wanted to make sure the job was had been done correctly so his team placed a camera inside the ducts for me too take a look inside. They showed me an area in the duct that had been damaged at installation. This was causing black flakes of debris to shoot out at times. Even though the ducts were clean, he offered to re-clean them AND repair the damaged area so that black debris would not continue to be an issue. He also exceeded expectations by taking additional steps to address various areas of dissatisfaction: (1) He sent over a fantastic 3-person cleaning service to clean my home because I had complained that his workers had left a mess behind; (2) He noticed that the paint had been chipped from my registers during removal/reinstallation, so he replaced several damaged registers; (3) He installed a carbon filter to help reduce the musty smell in the house; and (4) he gave me the names of contacts that he had worked with that could help figure out the cause of the dampness in my home. He did not charge me for anything, including the original cleaning. Mr. Keys went out of his way to ensure that I was happy and satisfied with the services provided by his company--and I was. He is more focused on developing long-term customer relationships than he is with churning out business. This very refreshing. It is a shame you don't see more owners who take such a personal interest in growing their companies by taking the time to listen to customers and address their concerns. The smell in my house has decreased and the overall result was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent, the men were here for about five hours. They did experience a problem with my dryer venting hose. Unbeknownst to me, It had pulled off the ring that held it to the dryer. They reconnected it which required them to go through my drywall but they fixed an otherwise unknown and dangerous problem for me. After the workmen left, I had some questions about the fogging in the large system. My concerns were handled very professionally--two upper management people, including the president of the company, came to my home to address all of my concerns. They even had a service person come out immediately and redo the fogging to appease my neurotic concerns. I cannot recommend this company enough! I will use them again!
