I had a whole house air duct cleaning. They showed up on time and were very professional and polite. They worked quickly and efficiently and when they were through you would not have known they were there. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

I selected Atlantic Duct Cleaning based on Angie's List reviews. In calling to schedule the appointment the woman answering the phone was polite, professional and patient with my questions and helpful in finding a time that worked for my schedule. Nelson and Matt arrived on time at the beginning of the appointment window. They too were professional, polite, patient (with my questions), and articulate in explaining what they would be doing, how they would do it, the amount of time it would take, and what to expect. They worked well as a team and were considerate of my home and my pets' fearfulness of strangers and loud noises. They were efficient and finished the work within the estimated time. Upon conclusion they offered (and I accepted) to show me what came out of my ducts and they answered my follow-up questions about the anti-microbial treatment. All in all a great experience. Very through and explained the whole process...i would use them again

The crew of 2 arrived promptly on time. They gave me a 1 hour window of when they would arrive and where there within 15 minutes of the appointment time. They discussed what they would be doing and answered my questions. They were very professional adn friendly. I would highly recommend Atlantic Duct Cleaning. Wonderful service.

The guys arrived on time. They carried a huge industrial vacuum up to the attic, one guy worked up in the attic with the vacuum, the other guy took down all the vents and cleaned them. It took a few hours, and they seem to have done a good job. They left minimal mess, just a few dust bunnies. Nice guys, professional.

I purchased both services through Angieslist deals. Once I completed the purchase I called and spoke with someone at the company. She was very courteous and professional and helped schedule the appointment the following week. There was a problem with the way Angieslist reported my purchase to the company which she let me know about but said they would take care of it and not to worry about it. Our appointment was scheduled for a 2-3pm window. The guys showed up just after 2pm and were out by 4, well within the 2.5 hour window I was given. They were courteous, efficient, and professional. When they finished one of the guys took us down to show where they had to make the access holes and that they had been sealed as well as showing us the dryer. I can't report yet on how well the vents were cleaned as it's only been an hour so I left that rating blank but overall very happy with them.

Great job. They showed up on time; we left before they finished and asked them to lock up. We can't even tell they were here unless we stand under an A/C vent and smell the clear air! The price was less than half what our HVAC firm wanted.

Calling to set up the appointment was fast and easy. They offered to do the job the next day!

Great Wonderful Will H*** them again

The two-man team arrived on time, wore protective gear so as not to damage carpet, and quickly went through the process. I identified all of the registers, and primary HVAC unit. They removed and cleaned all registers with a shop vac and brushes. After taping up the registers with painter's tape, they then began blowing out the system using compressed air lines, which they feed into the system by hand. After identifying some mold within the system, they administered some anti-microbial/anti-mold treatment. All work was completed in a little over an hour, to my recollection. Very quick and very friendly!

They arrived right on time, were nothing but polite and accomodating, and even helped me figure out how to maintain my filters and air vents without asking. They kept my condo clean and were in and out in under an hour.

Two gentlemen arrived as scheduled and went right to work. A hole was cut out to accommodate the hose but was patched back up. THe whole job took about an hour and a half. They went room by room to clean the supply vents and returns. I also asked them to clean the dryer vent (which was additional). All in all I am satisfied. My house is a three level townhouse. They may not be the cheapest but they did a good job. Would use them again.

From the start of communications via email to completion of the job, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The duct cleaning process, while somewhat noisy, was finished in a couple of hours without any mess. I am quite satisfied.

The Atlantic team was professional and courteous the entire time they were in our house. They arrived on time, discussed why we were having the work performed and then evaluated the house system. The team leader, Alfonso, directed efforts and then conducted a final inspection throughout the house, making what minor corrections he felt appropriate. The quality and effectiveness of the cleaning and sealing process was documented in a report, which he reviewed with us prior to departing. Regardless, we could also clearly smell and feel the difference within 12hrs of the A/C being turned back on after the servicing.We'll definitely use this company for annual cleanings.

Atlantic did a great job. The service tech's were on time and very polite. They covered my wood floor with a runner upon entering the house. They explained how the system worked and got started. They spent a little less than two hours to clean all the vents. There were no messes to clean up and no feeling of dirt in the air when the air conditioner was turned back on.

This is our second time using Atlantic Duct. Great job and very thorough. Will plan to use them again in the future.

I called asking for someone to clean out the duct to a bathroom fan. I was told they did not do that kind of work and maybe a general contractor or chimney sweep would work. When I asked what the difference between these kinds of ducts were, so as to understand the issues, and if they had any specific recommendations, they hung up. Person answering the phone was unresponsive. Update: 07/20/12: I was called personally by the owner of Atlantic Duct Cleaning, and was very impressed by his courtesy, knowledge, and commitment. He apologized profusely and explained that they did indeed do the kind of work I needed, and that there was no excuse for the way I was treated in the initial call. Based on the follow up by Mr. Keys, I would recommend his company and would call them for service had I not already found another vendor for the job.

Scheduling an appointment with Atlantic Duct Cleaning was easy, with a pleasant and patient rep on the other end of the phone. The two-man crew arrived on time as promised, set to work immediately and cleaned the included ducts (heating and dryer) plus additional kitchen and bathroom ducts at no additional cost. The two men were quiet, focused and professional and left my house spotless after they'd finished. Easiest duct cleaning I've had after decades of lesser technicians from other companies.

I had called several weeks in advance to schedule the air duct and dryer vent cleaning prior to our moving into our new house. Their price quotes were approximately the same as most other companies, but they were much more responsive and helpful when researching prior to booking a company. On the day of service, I called to provide another contact number and asked that they call me 30min prior to their arrival at the house. When I made the appointment, they had said that the team would arrive between 2pm and 3pm, and that it would take 2-2.5hrs to complete the air duct and dryer vent cleaning. At 1pm I received a call from the technician, asking if they could start 30min early (yes!). My husband met them at 1:30pm, on the nose, and they began work. The two-man team finished all they needed and were cleaned up and out of the house in 2hrs 15min. They showed us all that had been sucked out of the vents, which was absolutely disgusting, as well as reviewing the work that they had performed -- how they did it, why they did it that way, etc. When all was complete, they presented me with a bill that was exactly the price that the company and I had discussed when I made the appointment all those weeks ago. No surprises! Both men were very straight forward and clear about their work, as well as their recommendations for future service, without broaching that "salesman pitch" mode. I was also impressed with how clean they left the house. There was no evidence they had ever been inside. I definitely recommend Atlantic Duct Cleaning -- no pressure, no confusion, no surprises, just quality, efficient work.

We contacted Atlantic after we used a coupon with another company who told us we have a $2000 mold problem. Atlantic came out the day after we called and said we didn't have any mold issue at all, just dust/dirt/rust. They showed up the next day to clean all of the vents. The two people who showed up (Alfonso & Bryce) were very courteous and professional throughout the whole process. The whole company was friendly & honest. I would recommend them because they are honest. When we were told that we have a mold problem, we knew that we were setting ourselves up when calling for quotes because companies would be coming out thinking that we KNEW we have mold. This company didn't try to continue with the other company's lies and dismissed any issues. They could have 'taken' us for quite a bit more than we paid. It's hard to find that these days.

They arrived on time, both guys were very professional and did the work in a timely manner. I felt they maybe a little pricey, but first time using this service and they were the first company to offer everything I was looking for.

1) Atlantic Duct arrived exactly at the time they estimated. 2) They asked details of the work that needed to be done, location of the dryer and the vent, and proceeded to arrange their equipment appropriately. 3) They clearly explained the process, potential problems that could occur and what we could do to prevent future issues. 4) When they discovered that a little furry friend had taken up residence in our dryer vent, they removed the problem with no fuss and helped us set up our vent so that this wouldn't happen again. 5) Both technicians had a friendly, helpful, professional attitude that made with a very pleasant, professional demeanor. They did a great job and I'll gladly call them again when similar services are needed.
