Atlantic Duct Cleaning

From the first call to set up the appointment time to the end of the job, I found Atlantic Duct Cleaning to be reliable, thorough and professional. I have no second thoughts about my choice.

I bought a condominium duct cleaning Big Deal on Angie's List. Within 24 hrs, ADC called me to set up a service date for later that week. They said that the technicians would show up between 8am and 9am. The technicians showed up at 8:30am. They performed a quick walk-thru of the property to assess the amount of work. I asked them if the standard cleaning included the dryer vent and bathroom exhaust. They said no, but offered to clean those at no additional charge. After an hour or so, they were completely done. I'm incredibly pleased with the service and professionalism.

We needed to have our air ducts cleaned because we recently had our basement remodeled, and there was a lot of dust from the construction. In addition, we had never had our duct work cleaned since moving into the house nearly 9 years ago. After reviewing many companies on Angie's List, we decided to go with Atlantic Duct Cleaning because of their numerous positive reviews. When I called to scheduled an appointment, they fit us into their schedule immediately and came out to the house within 2 days. The service technicians (I forgot their names) were on time and professional. The techs were extremely polite and explained everything they were going to do. If they saw a problem, they would stop and check with us before proceeding with any work. Since this was the first time we have had our air ducts cleaned, we do not know what to compare it to. But, the overall quality of the work and experience with this company was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves and took special care in moving their equipment around our house (especially in our newly remodeled basement). They showed us how much dirt and debris was cleaned out from the duct work. And, they showed us the air ducts before and after they were cleaned. We noticed a remarkable difference in the air quality after the service was performed. We plan to use this company again in the future, and we highly recommend them to anyone needing their air ducts cleaned.

I was pleased by the level of attention to detail that Josh employed. He and Santiago were very thorough in removing everything from our ducts!

I called Atlantic Duct cleaning the week of December 3rd and was pleased that they were available as early as the week of the 10th. I scheduled our cleaning so it would fall after we had finished painting and replaced the floors throughout. The vent covers were already off so that wasn't an issue. I did warn the person I scheduled with that there was a vent over fifteen feet in the air and as she promised, they brought a ladder. Two very polite and informative gentlemen came to the house, explained the process and got right to work. They were quick, efficient and were very careful with the new floors which we appreciated a great deal. They didn't try to sell us anything additional, gave us recommendations for future cleaning intervals, cleaned up and were on their way. It was painless and they did a great job. We definitely look forward to having them back again!

This was a very smooth transaction, and I am very satisfy with the service. I will recommend this company to any one.

technicians appeared trained and cognizant of their tasks. work was completed in the time estimated. holes created in HVAC system (necessary to clean ducts) were sealed after cleaning was completed. only issue regarded the blowing of dirt and debris that leaked out of the duct cleaning machine which left a small mess that needed to be cleaned by the home owner after the cleaning team left. otherwise, it was a good experience.

The techs arrived on time, were professional and knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. They were also knowledgeable about other services provided by Atlantic, and gave honest recommendations when asked. My house is 19 years old and had never had the ducts cleaned. I noticed an immediate improvement in air quality, and wonder now why I waited so long to have Atlantic perform this service.

Very efficient experience. They came on time, explained the process, did an amazing job, cleaned up afterwards. At the end of cleaning showed me just how dirty the air ducts were. We are very glad we had the duct cleaning done.

The job was done well overall only a fe things were missing such us making sure all the vents were secured and cleaning after they were done.

Atlantic was recommended to us by one of our neighbors due to their excellent service and reasonable pricing for the services rendered, and we were not disappointed. The technicians, Andy and Wilson, arrived on time and were very professional, friendly and thorough. They took the time to explain the processes to us and review the results of the cleaning to assure we were satisfied. They answered all of our questions and helped us with tips and professional advice - great customer service. We will use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

We just bought the house and the previous owners hadn't cleaned the ducts and they people they purchased the house were smokers. There were air freshers thoughout the house and it still smelled odd. Atlantic acame in and cleaned the all of the vents and the duc's and the smell left the house. They did an excellent and would recommend them again

Atlantic's crew (Tony and Matt) arrived in good spirits even after being held up on impossible I-95. They got to work immediately, very deliberately, and with no unnecessary disruption to our life. Although our heat pump and duct arrangement is somewhat unusual, they had no trouble in working through the system. I believe we got a first rate job done. After reading of the many rip-off situations in this industry, we were pleasantly surprised to find this "the price is simply as advertised" situation. As someone in ancient Rome may have said, we were well pleased. .

Called for air duct cleaning the week prior and was told most days were available, as opposed to other companies who didn't have openings for weeks. The two gentlemen showed up on time and were very professional. My two system house took about 4.5 hours -- at time of appointment I was told between 4 and 5 hours. With the mention of Angie's list when making the appt, I was given $50 off each system -- sweet!

Selected this service based on Angie List recommendations and foud them to perform as promised. All staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional -- answering all my questions. They showed on time for perform the work, started the job immediately, and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. Not that there was much "dirt," but carefully replaced all vents, etc., that were removed for the cleaning process.

They arrived on time and promptly went to work. The two workers were very polite. When the job was done, they offered to show me the accumulation from the cleaning so I could assess the amount they had removed. Overall, a completely satisfactory experience.

When I called my mother to determine how the work went, she bitterly complained that ?for the money ($345), she felt she did not get her money?s worth since the crew worked for only about 40 minutes.? After hearing that, I became suspicious about the work that was (or wasn?t) done since the ADC receptionist I first spoke to told me that the job normally takes about two hours. I immediately called ADC and complained. ADC put me in touch with a manager, ?Dave,? who I met the following day. After a thorough inspection, Dave acknowledged that a number of air ducts around the house were overlooked and the job was not completed. Dave was very contrite and apologetic, and said that he would personally return with a whole new crew to supervise a redo of the entire house. We reschedule the work and the job was redone. Dave took full responsibility for the failure of his crew to do the job right the first time. He worked closely with me to reschedule the work and ensured me the job was finally done right. While I am not sure I would use ADC again, I still give ADC high marks because I was impressed with Dave and his work ethic to ?make good? on his company?s mistakes.

Can't recommend this company enough. Polite, punctual, pleasant and professional. They walked us through the whole process, answered any and all questions without getting annoyed and cleaned up all mess. The only downside was situational - their camera was broken at the time of service; however, all effort was taken to show us the condition of our vents both before and after. They went as far as showing us the amount of dust collected in their vacuum. Lastly, the timing was wonderful. We had welcomed a new child into our home and wanted to get our ducts cleaned within the first few weeks of bringing him home. Even though it was the busy season and we were late scheduling, Atlantic Duct Cleaning did everything they could to get us in that week. I would recommend their services to anyone!

We were scheduled for an appointment window of between 8 - 9am. They arrived at 8am. When they arrived they showed ID and explained in detail what they were going to do prior to them beginning the service. They ensured that we understood in detail before beginning the service. Whenever we had a concern/question through out the service, they explained in detail. They were professional and courteous at all times respecting us and our home. Each time they entered into the house, they would put covers over their shoes and even at one time, they removed their shoes completely. I was impressed with the care they took. They cleaned up after the service. When they left you did not know a service had been performed. They were so clean. I would and have recommended Atlantic Air Duct Cleaning to friends and family. We would definitely use the company services again.

The front office at Atlantic Duct Cleaning was very helpful and it was very easy to get an appointment that fit our schedule. The crew arrived exactly at their schedule appointment time. They finished the job in about 3 hours which what they had estimated. I had a few problems that they resolved proactively and without any fuss. They were extremely easy to work with.

My contact with ADC started with a phone call and follow up emails with Dave in their Service dept. Dave was knowledgable, courteous, timely, and thorough. I was interested in having Aeroseal done to our home after an energy audit revealed what I had long suspected, which was significant air leakage in our home's duct work. I was offered Aeroseal by another company but the price seemed exhorbitant (and it was) so I shopped around. ADC using a standard pricing per system which includes duct cleaning beforehand. Aeroseal indicates on their website that your installation company will tell you if you need duct cleaning in advance. ADC does this because they don't want to install an adhesive material inside ducts that may have dirt/grime in them, which makes sense to me. Whether it is necessary or not I will never know, but given that Dave was so knowledgable and professional and info I read online (not from the Aeroseal manufacturer) seemed to suggest it is recommended, I went forward. Ultimately, their price (about $1900/system) was very competitive with other companies that do NOT do duct cleaning. $1900 includes the cleaning. I received an email 2 days in advance confirming the installation date/time. They generally do one system at a time and we had two, but at my request, Dave had 2 crews show up so we could just get it done in one day. The guys were right on time, wore shoe covers, respected our home and property, worked quickly and efficiently, were as courteous as one could hope for, and cleaned up COMPLETELY after themselves. They really stood out as a company and I can say that with great confidence. They even fixed several ridiculous problems left behind by the former owner of our home AND one created by the HVAC company that services our complex HVAC system... it was really the service company cutting corners but in the process of sealing up the duct work, the team from ADC said "we just don't feel good leaving it this way, so we'll seal it up". Unbelievable! Fixing other people errors! They also found a open duct that just blew air into a large crawl space (no wonder we couldn't heat the room above!!!) and fixed that as well. The guys persisted in pumping in Aeroseal until our home had leakage reduced by just over 90% from the original CFM leak of around 900 and that was both systems delivery and return. I can't say enough good things about this company, from the multiple emails with Dave who courteously answered every single question and created a service schedule that met my family's needs to the outstanding professionalism and service provided by the crews that showed up. First rate all the way!

Two nice young men arrived early, told me what the plan was, and proceeded to complete the job. They explained everything in detail. They showed me the filter when the job was finished. I was very pleased. I would use them again.

Atlanta Duct Cleaning provided service. 2 men worked efficiently doing the house ducts. Finished in less than two hours - good job. Not as pleased with dryer vent cleaning - almost an after thought - cleaned only from outside.
